CSX's Rice Yard Waycross, GA

On our way to the famed Folkston Funnel, we stopped at CSX's Rice Yard in Waycross, Georgia. This is the origin or destination for many of CSX's trains. We see several including a track geometry car, a switcher, and lots of autoracks. We also see a few of the hundreds of old GE's rusting away at Progress Rail's facility. This yard is so important Progress Rail and General Electric have their own shops here along with CSX's. All this and more in Trains of Folkston, coming soon to Signal Light Productions!
