Oh wow I'm surprised you actually pay attention to those (its kinda embarrassing) lol! Uh well, it'd been harder to write upbeat descriptions in the past year since they just got progressively darker. It may have not seemed like but last year I couldn't trust my ears as everything I did just sounded wrong (Yellow, Palmtop Wonderland) probably because my lack of confidence- I was emotionally all over the place. Currently things are a little easier since medication withdrawals have eased some and I've had break from school, just hoping things stay uneventful and allow me to work better again. And glad I could actually put out an upbeat song without feeling like it was too forced! 🌱 Thanks for asking by the way!

Another great song I wouldn't have known about were it not for you, not to mention you've got a solid voice, which I think worked especially well for this song.
Police Piccadilly manages to do the difficult thing of leveraging the slightly mechanical singing of vocaloids and making it sound *right* for the song, rather than a stopgap for writing a song without having a singer. It's really impressive and I'm glad I found them thanks to your covers, which are also quite good in their own right.

So, I’m trying to figure out the meaning behind the song yet I keep feeling like I’m reaching some vague conclusion; could anyone offer me what they think? I’ve always thought of it as a song about feeling a confliction heartache for someone yet an acceptance that it’s a “lost love” (one that was doomed to fail from the beginning or one that never got started in the first place)...yet the one in pain isn’t ready to let go of the pain since they’re learning more as the pain evolves...
it seems to he a love that started and ended somewhat early and kind of painfully and so they are trying to just continue life but keep thinking of everything that happened sweetly yet very mildly bitterly
