Where i live peoples in 80% case don't treat me nice ,and even stare at me like i should lock my self in the home, but i meet a uber guy that said that he saw me around the city and that he like how i dress, and i told him not many peoples like my style, and he said "if you would visit different countries peoples would understand your style more and appreciate it because they are more open" and sience then i keep wonder that.. do you guys think that peoples would enjoy my style somwhere else than where i live..?

It's not really cool to say to someone : "Oh so not a real Berliner". Most of people living in Berlin habe very strong connection with the city and living in it is literally part of identity. There is a saying : "Einmal Berliner - immer Berliner" (Once a Berliner - always Berliner). I would feel offended by your reaction, it is quite classist and frenchy. Like only people born and raised in Paris are "real Parisians" and only people from Hexagone are real french, as DOMs are 2nd category.

If you're not born and raised in a place then yes, you are not a native and will never be.

Ive lived all over the World and Berlin is a small town with small town mentality. Nothing more
He is already Berliner, but when he was not born in Berlin he isnt a "waschechter Berliner"

Dont get me started. People in Berlin dress horribly. Its greys, browns, blacks and washed up, because “vintage” aka used is popular.
Now theres few summer days and clearly people here dont own anything of color and what you would consider sexy and tasteful.
