    Love the videos and find all your tips very helpful! I'm fishing my 3rd season at the Vedder and I'm enjoying the outdoors. However, I've been out 4 times and I'm having some trouble. Can I ask you a question? I've got 20lb Powerpro and 12 lb Seaguar flouro lined on both a spinning (spoons, spinners, jigs) and a baitcaster (drifting soft beads) reel. Targeting Coho. 0 luck so far, while everyone around me is catching. I've had people tell me to strip the braid and go mono with fluoro. What are your thoughts? Thanks and keep up the great videos!

      Thanks! I personally don’t like braid due to birdnest. So if I were in your situation I would change out to 15lb ultra green mono and go with 12lb seguar orange label flurocarbon leader

      @Go2fishingbc I really, truly appreciate the reply and will try the Ultragreen. Nice vid on hooking beads BTW. I'm going to give that a try too. Great content!

    Hey I ordered a couple of packs of beads on cleardrift using your code and was wondering how long they usually take to ship ( I live around vancover area)

      Awesome! Those should treat you well during salmon season. I contacted Cleardrift and this is the words
      “you can reach cleardrift tackle via email at support@cleardriftfishing.com . Please provide them with your order number. They are currently on vacation and slowly processing orders.”

    With such a large selection of beads, how many casts or how long in a nice-looking run would it take (on average) for you to switch up colours/sizes?

    • @Go2fishingbc
      @Go2fishingbc  Рік тому +4

      I usually stick with my favourite bead for an hour but if that doesn’t work, I like to switch it every 15-30min. That’s the good thing about bead on hook method.

    @Go2fishingbc what's a good budget rod and length, reel and size for the Vedder ? Thinking it would be centerpin right?

    Do you have any baitcasting reel recommendations under 200? FishingWithRods videos are great but i don't have 400 to spend on a reel 😅
