But we all have body mind consciousness, hence ,me the Supreme Being is impossible to decipher! That's why ,God in form concept and path of devotion and karmayoga is the two best methods to reach to that Ultimate truth .

So, the problem is, no one has ever met someone who never suffers. Buddha certainly continued to suffer, which is why he went on to teach. Eliminating unnecessary suffering is an entirely different matter however. In other words, suffering efficiently.

Pain is physical. Suffering is mental! Sadhana is about separating your-SELF from both Body and Mind!!!

I felt the story of “ the two arrows” told by the Buddha helped me understand what is meant by overcoming suffering. The Swami often refers to this. 🙏
