Yeah, it's called halving the error, repeat two or three time and it's done, one of the biggest causes of problems for poor cutting is neglecting to level the machine, it may look ok but if it's wound ( twisted diagonally) your blade will be out of alignment .
can your 24 inch saw fit thru a 33 inch door? i want to buy one but im not sure i can move it around easily.......ive been calling trying to ask, hoping for a call back,
These machines are manufactured in our own factory in China and then ship them to the US and other countries around the world. My brother (who you see on the video lives there and oversees the operation on a daily basis.
Of course they are always aligned perfectly at our factory - if you open up an arbor cover you will see one of our personal signatures on every single unit that we personally align. We shoot these videos to help people like you who may own an older saw make their units cut better.

Do you manufacture these knives in your own country or do you bring them from China?

Fine for newer saws. Not fully applicable for older models. Getting to the bearings is a bear.(24" saw)

@@HighlandParkLapidary Thank you. I finally realized that I have to get the saw in a clear area to work on it. Must move the 18' first. Will call.

Why aren't they calibrated at the factory, instead of having the customer do it? For the price you charge, you should guarantee it is accurate!
