  • Here is a series of isometric exercises designed to strengthen most of the muscles used in steel bending. These exercises will work your lats, traps, pectorals, biceps, triceps, forearms, wrists, and your grip. I also show a torsion spring idea for the Steel bender's Helper, but, I scrapped the idea due to metal fatigue on all springs, and the potential for breakage and injury. Thank you for watching. Live Free, Punch Hard, and Bend Hard! You can order your custom self defense gear, Steel Bender's Helper™ or Horseshoe Bender's Helper™ by using the contact page of the Camp Verde Rope and Gear website at: www.cvropeandg... or by messaging us on Facebook at: / cvropeandgear

As a sort of party trick my grandfather used to take a 1/2 wrench and bend it using a form similar to the one in the video. The craziest part of this is he wasnt a man who worked out often if ever. I really miss my grandfather and would like to train my muscles to be able to do that also. Once at work me and my brother got a hold of a 1/2 inch wrench and proceeded to take turns trying to bend it and while looking like fools and thinking we didnt do anything to it we set it down and sure as shit it was actually bent from our efforts lol everybody was amazed because the biggest strongest dude in our shop couldnt even bend it. Felt great. Thanks for the video man an making me reminisce.

A very good and professional tutorial. I live with fibromyalgia and am using isometrics to regain my strength. I am not looking to bend steel but the basics are all here in your video. Thank you sir.

Been big into Isometrics for a while but it's difficult find exercises for this kind of thing. Don't know if I care for bending but my wrists and forearms have always been a weak point. These will likely help a lot and are gonna be in my routine. Thank you very much.

I am glad these will work for you. Yeah, the exercises definitely benefit outside of steel-bending. Thank you for watching!

Hey, how many seconds do you recommend I hold each position? And how many times a week do I do this workout? Also, is it possible to do these exercises and do pushups or pullups on the same day?
