Of course the graphics and gameplay in this game are great but I think what made it truly epic is the dramatic music which gives you the sensation of real ww2 warfare behind enemy lines.
Commandos series is the best game series in the world! I have played cod series, nfs series, and every type of games. Every games has some bads and some goods. But Commandos is the only game which has no bad point! Believe me if u want this type of game u cant even find a single one! It was a damn awesome game! Ahh old memories :( Too bad I wanted more of them!!

In the darkest days of 1941 and 1942, the Commandos were the Allies’ only offensive units. Their many operations behind enemy lines, all over Europe, did much to boost the flagging morale of the British troops and spread fear amongst the German occupying forces. From 1943 onwards they were the spearhead of the allied offensive, they were the first to set foot on the beaches of Sicily, Anzio and Normandy, and to cross the Rhine for the final assault. To be a Commando meant taking more risks than anyone else did. The Commandos were all volunteers, able to return to their previous units at any time - few asked to do so. More than two thirds of them lost their lives during the war, the worst losses of any operational unit. Comradeship, self-sacrifice and loyalty are always examples to other troops. The free world has a permanent debt to these soldiers, who contributed decisively to the defeat of the Third Reich, forging the legend of one of the best combat units in history - the Commando Corps.

1:11 I do not know why I feel that the two commands that were climbing those stairs would be perhaps the spy and natasha, since between them are the commands that pose as something else to prevent the enemy from detecting them, that is, the spy can disguise themselves as German Natasha is posing as a beautiful woman.

the commandos are not real only jack butcher looks damm real on the photo but i think its photo shopped the music is epic from 1 to 3 hope they make a new one of the original gameplay then next gen damm thats one off the games i only wanna play about ww2 if it was true but not way damm fuckt up
@lordleoo Some of the photos look genuine like the ones of the sniper, driver and the spy, while others are clearly photoshopped. The green beret looks like Rambo in front of the real soldiers, lol... No chance a single soldier in WW2 would dress, or look like him. The Sniper photo looks very genuine, though.
Well its a game, the developers probably didnt had that much footage to choose from. Atleast pyro did some research to make the game because other companies like capcom dont give a shit about anything, like they did with Resident evil 4, the game is set in Spain and the enemies have Mexican accent lololololol its so ridiculus we make jokes in Spain about that, we say somewhere in Spain there´s a town full of angry mexican zombies who want to kill everyone xD
these people are fake they are fictitious in order to have a story to build the game on! it would not become a game shown it had not hosted any people in the game images are edited! BAD ENGLISH BECOSE I USED GOOGLE TRANSLATE xD
