Funny...I was at Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls Texas and Dover AFB when I was in the Air Force. I was also stationed at Reese AFB in Lubbock, Texas. Seems funny how you were at two places I was at. I was at Dover in 1986 and lived in the Airmen's Dorms because you had to be a Master Sergeant if single to live off base. We lived in what we called "The Holiday Inn Dorms" back in 1986 which were at the time, the new dorms. I wonder if you are in the same building I was in. The rooms in your video seems a lot smaller than I remember. It surprises me that the Base Commander allows the chipped paint on the walls outside your dorm door. They kept everything painted new all the time when I was in. The freeway wasn't running past the base back then like it is now. We had a highway of sorts....but not a freeway outside the main gate like you have now. I was there when the first C-5B came to Dover in 1986. It was called "The City Of Dover" and it ran off the runway and we had to dig it out of the snow.
Looks nice, better than our WW2 barracks at Dover 67-70. No A/C, two per room, no TV and bath rooms in room. Each floor had A day room with TV and chairs, one central shower toilet room on eac floor. Two story barracks.🗽🇺🇸
I really like your truck, I drive a 98 with the 2.5 and styleside bed, I've been meaning to ask how your truck preforms after k&n intake and dynomax exhaust system? does it have more get up and go now?
Thanks for your service and videos.
I was a crew chief at Dover Afb De. from 1990-1993 on aircraft 6013. Great experience. Good luck!

Hope you have a great assignment. Retired from the USAF in 2003.
Congratulations! Thank God you didn't get stuck in Minot like my brother did. Will you be repainting the truck like the C5? That would be kool.
I was at dafb 1980-83, it's all been redone now. Behind the bowling alley use to be my barracks

Congratulations, welcome to Delaware.
I live close to here, maybe even on base in 2022, the reason why I am moving here is to make me able to go to the same school and even walk to school.
I just left Sheppard coming to Dover Friday lol
Piohneer nice! You’ll probably be seeing some snow this week
