    A question please.. is the increase in numbers also linked with increased marketing spend and/or change in marketing tactics?
    Or entirely due to increased conversions at the Incoming calls stage of new patient acquisitions ?

If you're seeing better results, it's likely not just more leads from spending, but a focus on improving the systems at the incoming call stage. This could mean better training for the front desk, optimizing how calls are handled, or refining the messaging.
      So, in short, it's a mix of both: increased spend and improved tactics for handling those leads.
      Think of marketing as a leveler to increase leads and phones/avg time to appt and other operational functions as another lever to increase new patients in the door.
