But I dont want to descend into the single track, quad, sidebyside, jeep debate. Alpine loop is another that now requires me to go off-season and VERY early starts......thanks for the vid!
Great video !!! Moab is so much fun. Rode there with my Africa Twin in September, but next time I should also bring the 450 as well. It is a bit hard to figure out which trails work good on a big bike and which are better to avoid.
@@EverySingleSunday yes I rode the Fins N Things (but skipped the last section, the rocky hillclimb). Also I rode a couple of minutes in Slickrock which was amazing. However, in a larger group I would have tried the whole trail, but solo riding gets a bit risky when you are out there on a big bike. Keep up posting your amazing videos!
@@EverySingleSunday This is the first year in about 6 years I wasn't able to go. So bummed, but I will definitely make a trip out there this coming spring. Have you taken the EveRide trip yet?
Moab is beautiful . Have been there twice road fins & things and many other of the BLM. Trails . A lot of these up and downs are way stepper then you can tell by video . But very doable . A little scary at 59 years old . I was in awe the whole time . Don’t wait to see this place it’s amazing Ride on brothers . 250. 300 cc is all you need .
Ya, if you are new to Moab and don’t want to go “explore” I would definitely try find n things then slick Rock. There is still some challenge to it and lots of people around if you need help. Head over to poison spider Mesa next if you want to explore and his some more challenging stuff. Have fun!
I love this place I live on the east coast and want to get back out there, took me 20 years to get there but it was worth it, I’m going back if I have to solo it I’m going
What gear were you wearing in that heat to keep from getting dehydrated? Do you think wearing white boots helped? did everyone have a camelback? I'm wanting to go there next year so I need some advice? Thanks
I love the Klim Mojave gear for hot weather riding. It's Super Breathable and very strong.... Highly recommend it. I always wear a Camel Back (Klim Nac Pac) White boots always are as hot as black in my opinion. 🤘
Great video! I am gong next week for the first time!! I noticed the no plates on the bikes are they pretty relaxed about it there or do they give out tickets for it? I have a plate but a few of the people I am going with do not.
All the bikes are plated and have UT off-road stickers. You only need a plate for street riding and the off-road sticker can be bought at the Mavericks gas station on the south end of town for $35 I believe
Hello my dude I have a quick question I would like to get into dirt biking more than I have before and been looking around. I see a bunch of people running two stroke such as your self and others for single track or tight trails. I’m honestly not a huge fan of 2 strokes what is the befits of having one more than the other.
@@christianyoshida2755 correct. A 4T will not lug down like a modern 2T 300. If you get an older 2T bike they only like to rev. Things have changed over the years
@@EverySingleSunday is that why a lot of people who do trails and the things I want to do use 2 stroke. I’m not really sure. I’m a sucker for a 4 stroke. Can you still fowl plugs on the newer 2 strokes.
I replace my plug every 150 hours. I don’t even carry a spare anymore. I also have a 450 but that’s my track bike. It’s also great for faster desert type riding where you want more power. I just did a review on that bike a month or so ago if you want to check it out
great little trail, looks like you guys had a lot fun, Moab never disappointed , love that place..... have a one Q, not related to this video, you have AXP skid plate on your 790, do you need to take off from the bike when you do oil change, thank you, keep up good work, congrats on fast growing channel, cheers V!

Great vid Travis, very well done sequence mid vid with the killer music track and drone footage, thanks mate!
Thanks so much. Moab was a perfect place for a drone because there’s no trees

Fun stuff! Really like the drone shots!
Thanks. And, it was flying itself for all those awesome shots
Fins & things is one of my favorite trails to ride a bike on in Moab.
It’s a fun trail for sure but my cactus over off poison spider mesa. I love the harder stuff
