try using the custard under a gel! the custard more so helps with shine and moisture and then of course with the gel on top you’ll have that hold! kimberly cherrell did a killer combo with the custard and wetline and the last 2 times i’ve done the combo my hair was sooo soft but definition still there!

I actually use the custard under wetline. It gives good definition just not enough hold. It's the glycerin sis!

I used the red color. I did not have any flakes but you used much more product on your hair then I did. I loved it and had no transfer.
I pair the Mielle custard with wetline. And the coil boosting jelly pairs AMAZINGLY with the She Scent It plum agave custard.
Ooo I’ve been looking to pair it with new products! Does that custard clump or separate your curls? 👀
@@CaramelCoils it doesn’t separate like a UFD , but it doesn’t clump like wetline. It’s a perfect medium. Goes on super moisturizing. And it’s a very buildable combo. The more you use the stronger the hold without flakes. SSI usually has a 50% off BF sale. I would also recommend the Tahiti cocktail custard. And all of the DCs are fire 🔥. An all around great brand.

In your camera settings go to the exposure and turn it down, it’ll even out the brightness 💯 that setting is meant for darker lightings

I love the custard but it flakes so much maybe because I'm low porosity. I went to Ulta and got these right after I saw your video love your vids!
First of all Ray Charles can see this bomb quality! 😂 definitely gotta get a new lens...anyway I used that Mielle custard before my gel just for shine and kind of like a curl prep it has no hold though. Your results are really nice. When I applied my CurlSmith hair makeup, the flaking was not bad at all. I believe you were a little too heavy handed or perhaps the products you used with it caused the flakiness to be excessive. I used a Soultanicals leave in and Uncle Funky’s styler. My hair is MOISTURIZED (day 7) AND GORGEOUS!💁🏽♀️😉
