I've been looking forward to this video since curl smith announced these products and I also tried out the Ruby color! I get so excited every time you upload and it happens to be my birthday today so I got super excited when I saw this upload when I woke up this morning!
I love all the curlsmith products! So glad they added that shampoo and conditioner...and very excited for the hair makeup! Being a nurse, fun colored hair is usually frowned upon in hospitals, so this allows me to have some fun on my days off but then easily wash out for work days. I want to try the rose gold for me, but I bet the copper and/or turquoise will look SO good on your hair!

Definitely the rose gold!! Question for ya: I looked up Curlsmith's proiotic conditioner on CurlScan, and it popped up as not CG approved because it has witch hazel leaf extract which may contain an unapproved alcohol. Do you know what's up with that?
Marie H Bianca doesn’t follow the CG method, she made a whole video a while ago about how she doesn’t care or agree with certain aspects of the method, but that she sticks to its core ideas of avoiding just sulfates and silicones, and understands ingredients enough to avoid drying alcohols and a few other ingredients she doesn’t personally like in her hair.
I don't believe alcohols are bad in products unless you actually feel your hair drying out from them. Alcohols are formulated in products to help certain ingredients work or to stabilize them. Witch hazel has soothing & antibacterial properties as well so I wouldn't worry about it ;)
I tried copper and loved it. Definitely learned to apply to DAMP hair and not soaking wet because then the color POPS so much more! I can’t wait to try the turquoise ♥️
You should try the rose gold out next I bet it’ll be really pretty. Also I wish that they had made a purple and a green color, but wow, was that ruby vibrant!

But eh, I guess it's cheap enough for me to try it myself if I really wanted to. Also, the color I would like to try is either copper or ruby, whichever one would give me a more ginger color (I guess).

I tried the new conditioner and it is awesome 😎. My hair is like a 3c/4a pattern, thick and long. I like it because I could detangle my hair with my fingers only. It’s nice to see how the hair gels are applied. That’s next on my list.

It depends. If your hair that’s colored touches sweat then you’ll have transfer. But some people wear sweatbands 🤷🏽♀️
