This was recorded at the KUthiramalika Palace in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, where Maharaja Swathi Thirunal lived, where a festival of Classical music is conducted every year, from the 4th until the 13th of January.

Wonderful rendition by the Prince Rama Varma. The kalpanasworam is so exclusive..very elaborate n with phrases that collaborated with the notes of the ragam and get synchronized with the Thala Cycle expressing all possible permutation n combinations of sworas . The whole pakkavadhyam did outstanding support and added value to the recital.
