    Char Siu Filling 叉烧馅
    250g char siu (diced) 叉烧粒
    100g onion (diced) 洋葱粒
    1 tsp char siu sauce 叉烧酱
    1 tsp dark soy sauce 老抽
    1 tsp oyster sauce 蚝油
    1 tsp sesame oil 麻油
    1/2 tsp chicken powder 鸡粉
    3 tsp sugar 糖
    3 tsp corn starch 玉米淀粉
    1/2 tsp pepper 胡椒粉
    150ml water 水
    Dough 面团
    500g bread flour 高筋面粉
    5g yeast 酵母
    1 egg 鸡蛋
    250g water (warm) 温水
    50g sugar 糖
    50g butter room temperature 室温牛油
    Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes
    190°C 烤15-18分钟
