150ml water 水
Dough 面团
500g bread flour 高筋面粉
5g yeast 酵母
1 egg 鸡蛋
250g water (warm) 温水
50g sugar 糖
50g butter room temperature 室温牛油
Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes
190°C 烤15-18分钟
