Scuba Diving with Sharks & Rays at Anglesey 18.5.24 - Unbelievable 10 sharks, maybe more, and 2 rays

Most people think that the UK waters are murky and lifeless! That just isn't the case, this was a mellow shore dive with a maximum depth of about 6 metres and the marine life is prolific. There were eels, fish everywhere including; Ballan Wrasse, Cuckoo Wrasse, Corkwing Wrasse, Pollock, Mullet, lesser and greater Sand Eels, Small Spotted Catsharks everywhere, and even Thornback Rays, two different animals. It was amazing.
I even managed to capture two Cat Sharks having a fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only have a couple of seconds of it but will slow it down, loop it and put it on my Instagram. I have never seen this type of aggression in this species before. The main protagonist has small marks at least 6 or 7 where it looks like this was not his first contest! This is the last Cat Shark in the video, look closely and you can see the white round marks. I nearly forgot, I also saw the biggest Spider Crab I have ever seen in 27 years under the waves, you cannot miss him in the video lol :)

Thank you, it was a great dive that, I didn't want to come up we were in for 100 minutes, I couldn't take anymore though I was so cold🥶 The Thornback Rays are special🤙
