This is what it's like to be shot at with an AK-47
Trent Kimball, CEO of Texas Armoring Corporation (TAC), was tired of customers asking if his company's bullet-resistant glass in its armored cars actually resisted bullets. So he did what any reasonable CEO would do: he asked his employee to shoot at him with an AK-47. It's loud, scary, dangerous, and completely awesome.
The last time I visited TAC there was much shooting at various kinds of bullet-resistant glass, steel, and kevlar. We all joked about someone getting behind the glass during the live-firing but no one was crazy enough to do it. Until now.
"I've never seen anything quite like it," said TAC's Jason Forston, adding "probably because of the inherent risk in pointing assault rifles at humans."
It's an inherent risk the company is dedicated to mitigating with their vehicles, which range from lightly-armored vehicles for worried individuals to IED-resistant SUVs for use in foreign conflict zones.

The glass Kimball is crouching behind, if you were curious, is T7-level bullet-resistant and is 2.16 inches thick in the middle. It's rated to defeat up to 30-06 AP rounds and will deflect rounds from an M-16, AK-47, FN-FAL, and other similar weapons. This specific glass is from an S-Class Mercedes and features an offset edge so it looks stock, which is what you see flying off when it's shot.
"In a vehicle we would cover the offset with an overlap system to ensure complete protection," said Forston.

Another example to your list - a person, who experienced such a danger for so many times, that it doesn't bother him/her anymore. (That's how many accidents in heavy industry usually happen, by the way)

They just had a Discovery spotlight. They managed to actually illustrate the maximum tolerance of one of their window panes (think it was 3 inches), by blasting it with .50BMG ball rounds from a M99. Distorted the glass pretty bad, and failed after a follow up shot went in the same distorted area. If you notice here though, there's not much distortion of the rear pane. It's actually probable that it'll hold up to multiple shots in the same area.
This is a perfect example of trusting your product with your life, ya he flinch but you still are being shot at no matter what that would be a little scary especially for a first time test
Given that the intro already states "all glass is only bullet resistent never bulletproof" there is still a small chance of manufacturing error or anything. Hell yeah I can forgive him for flinching. It's not uncommon that a product fails in some way or the other (see audi automatic breaking, tesla cybertruck glass etc). But in this case? You get a pretty fast bullet that wants to loose it's energy in your body. Stakes are high^^
Aside from his giganti-balls, how cool a boss he must be, wearing 'flops to work. Love it!

@Venturing into the Brine I mean, the cheapest and easiest to maintain weapons range from glocks to ak's since the ak can literally be buried for a month, take it out the dirt, and it'll still shoot, and the glock, I think it's cause it only has 35~ moving parts and it's easy to take apart, making it easier to clean? Not sure

The car would be moving at high speeds to get away from an attack, so if they got 3 in the glass they are lucky. Plus if you unloaded on it you would get penetration and that guy would look like Swiss cheese. It is "bullet resistant" glass nothing is "bullet proof"
What about the huge gap that appears after the first bullet on the bottom at 0:35 ?

what like in case someone has a drum magazine...unloads the entire ammo into your windscreen and for some reason you decide not to drive away but to stay and see how the glass holds up.... well in that case i hope they just set alight to your gas tank

Probably fake. Looked at the video frame by frame and couldn’t see any casings come out of the gun, and their was no visible muzzle flash or smoke coming out of the end of the gun in this video, and all the other videos featuring this sort of idiocy; but if this is real, these guys need to have their guns taken away from them.

Hey you might want to file a copyright claim on UA-cam. Someone stole this video and reposted it on their account a day later and has received nearly 1 million hits for it and is taking all the credit for your video. It's even in the related videos on the side bar of this page.
I need to talk to you. I was a was shot in my car with AK47 i lost my right eye and it blew my face off i had to have reconstruction surgeries. But I'm living prof of dhat being shot with AK47 looks like

My man, your shooter had his eyes closed 2 out the 3 shots and had he been low the ricochet probably would have taken your face off. Texas is just different.

@Netshark86 A kid can be a teenager. Do you imply that teens don't do stupid things? Really? This video is irresponsible since the violates one of the most basic tenants of firearms safety, and does so in glorious fashion: Never point a weapon at anything that you are not prepared to destroy.
