@@o2bbubbles yea it's ridiculous. In this day and age, any cops "word" should be inadmissible as "hearsay" without full AV from their bodycam to back it up.
And, their reports should be required to be filed WITHOUT being allowed to "review" their footage.
They lie and their ego will never allow them to admit any wrongdoing.

A Pennsylvania state trooper didn't like what I said to him so he lied and sent me a citation for disorderly conduct and fighting with first responders. Two additional Pennsylvania state troopers were there and didn't stop him. It was fun to humiliate them at a magistrate hearing pro se. The magistrate actually had to explain the first amendment to them . I warned his captain at the barracks in Greensburg Pennsylvania that this guy was easily triggered and going to be in trouble because he had a bad attitude and ego issues. He was arrested for domestic violence and he's going to stand trial. I'm waiting till it's over so I can write the balance of my letters and he will be out of the job that paid $100,000 per year plus benefits. You would be hard to find a cop that doesn't lie. I'm OK with people stretching the truth but not when you have a badge and a gun.
