This is a bit over my head/understanding. The only thing I was confident in, was figuring out what and where my open ai API key was. LOL!, but I found it. I guess I need to take the AI Python for beginners, then maybe I'll understand all the backoffice coding stuff. Anyhow, great content. You are appreciated!

It's basically introducing a bunch of "GPT" formulas you can use like any other formula.

Also what you showing is the same for Excel, correct? I'm an excel (barely 😁) user. My comfort zone would be with Excel.

Yeah, GPT For Work also works the same with Excel. It's basically introducing GPT formulas you can use like any other formula. Just be careful with the recalculations like I mention at the end.
