Paul, I loved seeing a bit about your life. I believe your fans would like you to post other videos like this every now and then! Fan of Paul Fey forever!!!
When you hit that final chord I said out loud, "There goes his lease!" But in all seriousness, you are a wonderful & energetic young man. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Paul. It’s with a sense of wonder when you realise that in that console and all your sample-set software are faithful replicas in terms of the sound of a number famous, and often very large, historical instruments. What a world today for a skilled young organist like yourself.
July 12, 2024. That was a smooth and efficient move by the technicians. It was interesting to see the insides of a digital organ. ( No "user" replaceable parts there. Not that mechanical pipe organs have any). Hope your neighbors will love you. From Chicago, U.S.A.
Hey Paul.
Dear Paul, thank you for sharing your excitement of the delivery and set up of your beautiful organ. By the way, the staircase going up to your apartment is gorgeous!! That organ sounds fantastic. I’d love to own a 3 manual like that for my music room. Mine is 2 manuals with external speakers. I share your excitement and love your passion. I totally relate!!😊.Thank you so much, Royden
I love listening to the pipe organ although this isn’t one but sounds very close to one. They are the most beautiful and versatile wind instruments ever made. I wouldn’t mind having you for a neighbor.
Its amazing to realize there are electronics that can reproduce what all those millions of pipes can do. And I hope the neighbors are kind! It would be awesome for me. I'd only be bugging you for lessons 😆
Who, good news for you !! Tomorrow, impossible to follow your premiere, sorry. But saturday it will be to listen to this video and I ❤❤ this documentary vidéo type!
And now, I can watch your intallation video and demo. More complicate than I imagined, clearly. 😊 Futhermore your Gloria, I notice your parquet floor and storage, in an efficient studio for working and composing 👌👌 Yes, dear Paul, more video like these ❤❤❤ Guy (from Britain)
Very interesting , I wondered what sort of speakers they used and the configuration of the circuits. I had a 1893 Estey organ delivered to my place about 32 years ago and had to take all the doors of and widen the frame on one by 25mm just to get it in. Im in the process of building a VPO but it also has some synthesiser capacity. I'm hand building the pedal board but I think it was one project I wish I hadn't started. It is complicated. Again thak you for showing your amazing work.
@@PaulFey I cannot download the GrandOrgue software to work. The recorded samples are wav files when my MacBook plays midi files through a dedicated keyboard.
It's great you have it back! But, can you resist the urge to start a marathon session of practicing, playing, and composing? (I'm looking forward to the next video too). From Chicago, U.S.A.
Happy for you Paul, new home? Moved organ to please you and your fans. Will you organ_ized a party to celebrate the new home? 🫥🥳🥸🫥🥸🙈🙉🙊? Enjoy. Bravo million times.
Congratulations Paul. I am so glad that moving the organ went so well. Do I hear a little bit of nice natural reverb in your new organ-music studio? Have you met your new neighbors yet? I wish that I was your neighbor! 🐧
Hey, lieber Paul. Steffen.
Hi Paul and thank you for sharing this video with everyone. Your home organ is very nice. Can you tell us what the model or brand/maker of the organ is? I’m from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida USA. We love you! ❤️🎹🎼
A question for anyone that understands about organs, were these guys a professional team of "organ transporters"? They even fixed the key on his organ. Because if yes, that is pretty cool!
Yeah l wonder about the neighbors. I had a neighbor who played lots of bass, so l went to talk to him. It turns out he was the chef at my favorite restaurant. 😮😅 so l was lenient on him.😊 when l moved out, l sold him more speakers 😂!
Nice move, Paul!. Do you have neighbours close to that room?. I guess it could be a big problem for some people who don't appreciate your playing (mostly when practising!). I live on an independent house and that is a big plus for musicians. All in all, I use headphones at night, so my family can watch TV on the botom floor while I smash the keys on the upper one 🤣
Hi Paul Glad the move went well for both you and the organ. How high is the hallway / stairwell in your building? ... I'm just imagining the reverberation if you were to play or put satellite speakers out there 😉
I was just about to comment about the neighbors not being terribly pleased with the "noise" from your organ. However, you will likely wear headphones during your practice sessions, right?
Paul, I like your videos, but I'd like, respectfully to recommend that you consider getting a lavalier microphone to record your speech. Your voice resonates in the acoustically bright rooms, and the resonance blurs your speech.
The neighbors are going to love you!

What a challenge Paul. Well done. As for the slip of the tongue as we say in english, it looked hot!!!
😂😂👌🏼
Paul, I didn't realise your organ was so complex, I thought it worked through a computer like my midi one. I must say it sounds very impressive.
It usually does work with midi and a pc! But it also has these standalone sounds which I‘ve played here which work without any additional resources 😀
@@PaulFey I cannot download the GrandOrgue software to work. The recorded samples are wav files when my MacBook plays midi files through a dedicated keyboard.

How do the stops work on it
All Good but where’s the Computer interface and MIDI Controller You use to Recreate those Big Organs You’ve featured on Your post’s !
I‘ll add that soon! Do you think a video about that would be interesting? 😀
I thought that might be the case!
@@PaulFey Yes, please! 🙂
Hi Paul
Glad the move went well for both you and the organ.
How high is the hallway / stairwell in your building? ... I'm just imagining the reverberation if you were to play or put satellite speakers out there 😉
What extras do you have to do for noise? Insulate the walls, floor and ceiling? I assume that you practice at home.
New studio looks nice Paul. Do you have more room in your new apartment?

Why only two manuals???
Opps… 3M -yay!!!
2:10 I understood it as temperature haha
What piece are you playing at the end?
Paul sounds good but cut back on the reverb just a little bit
Will do! Thank you for watching! 😀
How do you manage with the sound from the organ and your neighbours ? Is your apartment sound proofed?
I was just about to comment about the neighbors not being terribly pleased with the "noise" from your organ. However, you will likely wear headphones during your practice sessions, right?
Super hot outside I agree
How much would that organ cost?
I‘m not sure since this one was sponsored, but a large 3 manual organ like this usually is around $10.000 😀
I don't care who's doing it, professionals or not I'm going to cry when they take apart my organ and/or piano
Have you met your new neighbors yet?
Time for the neighbors to receive and enjoy some culture. Be a good newborn though as I am sure you will be with good headphones.
That’s just sad
Ich glaube mein Übersetzer ist krank
It's gone from the old apartment and was resurrected in the new apartment!
@@PaulFey Thanks!
@@PaulFey For a second I was worried that your organ was gone forever!
@@PaulFey Your new neighbors should consider themselves fortunate!
Caution, you are going to need to sound proof your room for your organ so that the tenants won't complain and better save up to move in a house.
Paul, I like your videos, but I'd like, respectfully to recommend that you consider getting a lavalier microphone to record your speech. Your voice resonates in the acoustically bright rooms, and the resonance blurs your speech.
