Same here,no kids or hubby,but Kim is my absolute favorite so relatable,she needs to be a stand up comedian!! Even my boyfriend loves her,he always says put the lunch box lady on lol ( first video he ever saw was when Kim was doing the theme lunches for kids school) lol
I found you like two weeks ago . Let me tell you I'm hooked. I have been fighting breast cancer for the last year and a half. One of the side effects of all the treatment is I am exhausted but can't sleep . Not to mention my baby girl still wakes up twice a night. So I say all this to say I have been binge watching you at night and while I get chemo. You seriously brighten my mood and help get my mind off things when I would normally be up over thinking. Thank you for you positive, hilarious videos

If you’re looking for a way to cut out a few of the calories from the buffalo dip, you can sub plain Greek yogurt for 1 of the cubes of cream cheese and use a packet of dry ranch mix in place of the ranch....still tastes amazing!

This week I made buffalo ranch dip, add cooked penne pasta, put in baking dish, top with sharp cheddar cheese and bake until hot and golden brown. My husband LOVED it

I sing it this way too but I sing a lot of things weirdly. I have a weird obsession with saying random movie liners that my children are way to young to get so I now have to look them up on UA-cam and school them so they know what I am talking about. Its sad to have no friends your age that get your stupid humor lol

My mom always kept a big tub in the fridge with carrot and celery sticks in water - they definitely stayed fresh a long time, and they were really good to eat straight out of the cold water!

I’m a mom of four from Washington State. I found you about a week ago and I love your content and your youngest is the same age as my youngest. My husband loves that buffalo chicken dip. He loves it on bread like chicken salad sandwich. I also add green onions to mine for a little onion bite.

I have had that pineapple slicer for years...fresh is the only way my husband will eat it. I have since gotten one for everyone in my family. It's a great and not expensive gift idea...Thank you Kim for bringing some 🌞 on this rainy day

Adding beans to taco meet stretches the meat. I use refried and stir it in. I know you don't like black olives, but I would add that to the salads, because I do me! Thanks for the fun!

Yes broken oven yep again real life here i am broken dishwasher for 2 years now. Roasted garlic freezes great and is delish!! I roast huge batches freeze them in ice cube trays then pop them out in a ziptop bag and pop a cube into so many dishes!!

Yes! I do crushed garlic at home in my food processor, much cleaner, and only contains garlic. Store bought crushed garlic can contain added chemicals that are unnecessary. I do the same with crushed ginger but i do a small batch for that cuz they turn dark fast. Add a few lemons, juiced to keep from turning dark. Even if they turn dark they are still fine

So happy to see your video, I have been thinking about you all because of ETA, praying everyone and everything’s safe. Love hanging out with you and getting inspiration from your recipes. I meal prep 2 to 3 times a week, veggies and fruit then mostly taco meat, con queso cheese and grilled butterfly chicken breast to freeze for later, quick thaw in microwave for salads, sweet and sour chicken, quesadillas or straight, then I’ll do a soup or stew of some kind, chicken noodle, chili, loaded potato or broccoli and cheese, if I do the potato or broccoli I’ll make bread bowls (no dishes to wash), they are super simple and tasty. You make me feel so hungry when I see you cooking. Gotta grab me a snack.

We used to make a juice with a pineapple skins. Just put them in a pot of cold water, some sugar (as much as you feel right now), get it to boil, boil it for 5-10 minutes then switch the heat off, cover the pot with a lid, and let it cool down naturally. Discard the skins. There you have it, very light flavoured drink. :)

My fav salad is lettuce, yellow/red pepper, castlevetrano olives, eggs, bacon, croutons, sharp provolone and salami with some zesty Italian dressing. Yum

This really motivated me to meal prep. My 2nd grader is still full remote 😬🤪 and I actually started prepping and “packing” her lunches during the week. Helps cut down on the decision making and her need for a long “executive lunch” lol
Oooh that is helpful, to have it ready to go so you don't have to break in the middle of the day to throw lunch together!
Our kiddos are still remote, too. I make a menu each week that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks because I was sick of being my the short-order cook. If you don’t want what’s on the menu, you can have cereal or get yourself some leftovers.

I have been trying to meal prep more. I get a lot of ideas for meals when I watch your videos. Like I want to make that dip but I want to roast some potatoes and toss them both together and put it in a casserole dish with a little more cheese on top and bake it up as a meal.

I store my celery in water and it does stay fresh for longer. I usually change the water every couple of days. I have the same pineapple cutter and it works so well
Tipp for straining:You open the can a little bit and dump the water out first than you open it up completly and got your strained goods like beans, chicken or what have you. Saves dishes!

I used to meal prep my daughter's salads for school, she loved it. Spanikopita takes soooo long, so I make 3 or 4 and freeze them! Lifesaver for yummy no stress dinner. You inspire me to do more. 🌞
I was just going to comment. I see a lot of you tubers meal prep. Ones with 8,9,10 kids. I am a momma to 8. I would never have time to meal prep. So with so many kids I can't wrap my head around it. There was dance classes, music, b- ball etc that I had to drive them to. Let's not forget scouts, play practice. Don't even get me going on travel leagues and time lol. I always made a meal for two days worth so if the next day or day after I don't have time we ate that. As most things taste better the next day. But I love watching your meal preps :)
