- this is a map project i've been working on in Sonic Robo Blast 2, and now i want to share it with everyone, download it!
look the whole folder, cause it comes with a level map for make it easier to someone, there are 2 versions
1 just have the island form and altitude
2 have the location of chaos emeralds, master emeralds and cyberspace levels

This is one of the most impressive works I've seen done for SRB2. This is sitting next to the STH 2006 mod as one of my favorites now, very good work!

Me encanta, es bastante entretenido de explorar, se siente algo pequeño pero sabiendo lo horrible que se porta el juego con niveles como Tropical Jungle del mod de 2006 es lo mejor, además los niveles del ciberespacio expanden la experiencia y están bastante bien logrados
Como un consejo extra para los que leen mi comentario: Usen este mapa junto con el mod Sonic New, ese les dará una mayor experiencia de Frontiers con sus habilidades de exploración y su Cyloop activado con el Dash Mode
Si, en su dia cuando aprendia con zone Builder hacia niveles demasiado anchos y creeme q eso rompis mucho las texturas y demas, srb2 no se lleva bien con niveles abiertos, por eso lo hice tan pequeño y con sud suficientes recovecos y objetivos secundarios (chaos emeralds) para q sientas q tienes q dar mas vueltas y se sienta mas grande
El cyberespacio fue solo por darle mas fidelidad con frontiers mas alla de la geologia de la isla (q esta muy basada en la de la original) ademas de q tampoco quería q fuese el tipico emerald hunt y ya, la verdad me sorprendio por q creo q este sistema funciono mejor de lo q me esperaba en srb2
Fun fact: en un princioio queria hacer q tuvieses q ir a ciertos sitios para pulsar botones q habiliten los niveles, no puedo hacer farmeo de bosses y engranajes, asi q pense eso, pero no supe muy bien como hacerlo, ademas de q poca gente lo haria, ya de por si mucha gente q juega al mod ni coge las piezas de la msster emerald, solo cogen las esmeraldas normales y ya...

I knew a lot pf people was gonna play woth modern sonic mod, thats why i made the Sky sanctuary cyberspace exactly like the original, to fit with boost gameplay
This map very good recreated frontier well it good perfect for frontier sonic
Looks more fun than the actual game.
Me as a player of both i can say frontiers is way more fun, more objectives etc... And trust me, playing in the open zone trying to conect platforms sections and avoiding to touch the ground is more fun than what you can imagine
I believe you can make all the islands!

for Now Ares Island has the geometry finished, still got to improve some things and make it something fun
I want to release it before Frontiers but probably it would take longer and finish it a bir after Frontiers, and when that time comes, im gonna complete the 100% of the game and start working on chaos island, soo yeah, thats the plan right now, probably soon make a teaser about Ares Island idk

I got some recommendations!,try changing the enemies texture,and try to make the map a little bigger with some trees,so it won't be lifeless (no offense)
I would make it bigger, but srb2 engine hates big maps and open, thats why a lot of official levels have a lot of walls or tunels to divide the sections, a map like frontiers that is this open i dk how much bigger i could make it
Enemies textures, well i could see how can i change textures to have ot more frontiers style but still the enemie form and design wouldnt fit
And to improve the life sense in the map maybe i can add flickies with a koco retexture, maybe that would help...
Still now im starting to work on Ares Island and how is gonna be the island, cause we dont have too much footage of it to draw a recreated map.... (I still wanted to make the maps as faithfull as possible
Yoooo,srb2 engine hates big maps?,atleast we've got a AWESOME recreation here XD,also....maybe,make some dark tunnels to get to the other area of the map?,you know. The teleport thing?
Also, You don't need a footage of ares island,just make it fanmade,use ur mind to make deserts or anything like platforms and balloons,we don't need footage,it isn't even released yet bro.

when i get my wrong copy of sonic frontiers:
Idk but for some reason the sky box and the overworld keep glitching out everytime I hop into cyberspace
Well, music isn't working for me, and part of the sky is black. What I'm doing wrong?
About the music there is no music, and about the sky, honestly dont know nothing at all
I don't know why, but the music and the skyboxes from some of the cyberspace levels are broken, might want to fix them
Oh the slopes too, they don't work as intended
Music cant be broken cause there is no music in ALL the level (it was a decision i made for certain reasons)
The skybox, idk how broken they are i never see something like that...
And the slopes... Where, idont know what do you mean that they dont work as intended, what do you actually mean with that?

Well, i play on mobile, whenever i enter the first cyberspace stage the walls of the skybox just show black.
The slopes from the overworld just seem to work like normal terrain, no momentum gain or loss while running down a slope. Try it out for yourself
The only place that had slopes that actually worked was in cyberspace level 3
@@ItsCenrryTH curious, well the skybox probably is a problem for the android version, i made the mod for pc didnt know these kind of errors could happen on there
And about the slopes... Well in 0:05 in the trailee you cn see i gain speed rooling down is a bit, srb2's sonic gains speed on momentum really slowly he need longer ramps for that and maybe thats why in cyberspace3 it works cause its a longer ramp

no, was that or having GFZ music in the background for EVERYTHING, i wanted to put starfall theme, but didnt find how to put custom music
would have been more accurate if it was a flat map with no enemies and random objects in the sky

it does this weird thing to the cliffs and it makes it really buggy if you could please tell me why this is happening or at least tell me how to fix it?
Idk why happen that, where do you play? If its in android, i heard a lot of people having trouble in there and in that case i cant do anything honestly,
Technically just going to addons in game and load the MAP01.wad should work normally, but i guess thats just what you made so honestly idk what to say...
Maybe change the game render to OpenGL or software and re install the mod

si bueno, al parecer fue eliminado por q no cumplia las normas, ya me dira cual no se ha cumplido, pero bueno, me da pereza subirlo de nuevo y hacer toda la configuracion de la pagina para q luego me lo eliminen de nuevo, asi q eso, ahi esta en Mega o en Gamejolt para descargarlo

On the game? Extract the.zip and load the MAP01 archive on the mod's folder in game, it should work like that

There is no music, i wanted to put star fall theme but losd custom music is hard, and i dont wanted to sound in baclground greenglower (for example) cuase it just dont fit with it

@@JunioCDMB if you're talking about a srb2messageboard link, it doesnt exist. there is the meda and gamejolt download.. its a .zip where is located the wad that load the map in game as usual
