I feel like xQc playing dark souls 3 is like him banging his head at a brick wall, trying to get through instead of trying to climb over or find a way around it. Y'know you can get through the first brick walls if you keep banging your head against them pretty easily, and the later bosses become steadily harder to get through, but it is still relatively easy. But then come the DLCs, where the bosses aren't brick walls, they are huge slippery walls of steel. Yet he keeps, banging, his head, against them. And sometimes that behavior is rewarded, like with Gael, where his huge health pool is the main problem. But then there's Friede, where you're not supposed to bang your head against the wall, because it's going to be much easier if you just try to find a way around it, aka learning patterns and changing the way you play. But somehow he doesn't do this and keeps banging his head against this thick wall of steel, and eventually gets through it. It is amazing that he manages to beat some of these bosses without changing how he plays, and it is honestly really impressive, although pretty stupid too.
he plays on instinct. granted it does work in the long run, at some point you will be familiarized with the enemy moveset and intuitively dodge at the right time.
Friede was the biggest wall for me too, I think she's the steepest difficulty spike in the game.
Dark souls bosses are hard but bearable and that’s why the game is loved because when you climb the mountain it feels good. But yea I mean they only have so many moves if you give a test with 10 questions eventually after unlimited tries people will pass it.

@@rework3097 IK This is really late but that guy was soft banning people (basically disabling multiplayer for your account forever) by hitting them with a dagger and giving them billions of souls, xqc never played ds again but he prob got banned because he received an illegal item and if you dont delete your save file and load a backup you get banned. The only solution if you encountered him was alt f4 thats why chat spammed it
