Fishing AT Ferrybridge on the Chesil Beach - Join me as I catch plenty by the bird sanctuary

I fish the Ferrybridge end of the Chesil Beach on Monday 12th Aug 2024
Walked 1.1 km towards the bird sanctuary and fished a rising tide (1.4 M to 3.4 M) from 4 pm to 1am 13th Aug
Using rag, lug, squid, mackere, sandeel and prawn catch plenty of bream, pouting, mackerel, horse mackerel and conger using simple loop , pulley or pop up 2 hook rigs
Spider crabs around , so pop ups proved successful
Wind was in my face (SW 10 - 15 mph, gusting 20) which dropped into darkness
Some weed in the water but no issues
One watch out is the parking charge at the visitor centre carpark - £20 if you park more than 10 hrs
