Just too bad we can't use Motus Setup with the Fulmin. Really liking Motus Signal (combined with Tractor Beam on a Moa companion) on Wisp and Ivara. There is the wall latch one, which is technically stronger, but not fun at all to use in practice.
Tried Baza, cant say i enjoyed it, Fulmin though. Let's just say there are a lot of grineer very confused why their buddy suddenly disintegrated While i laugh in Ivara Prowl.
I like the Snap when you Switch to the Build when it would be 100% synchronised would be statisfying af and you still explain Everything so newer players can Catch up

I like the new weapons. They're all unique and the perks are actually quite useful. Gotta say the Fulmin and the Cyanex is my favorite out of the new weapons. I mean, Tesla rifle AND a Homing Auto projectile AoE weapon? YES THANK YOU YES I'm gonna look forward seeing Mirage Prime firing the Cyanex. Great as always. :)
I was waiting for you to post a video before I went to even make a build, since you like the rest of our min max brothers and sisters, love to get the most from your weapons through number crunching and spread sheets.
Glad that you mentioned adding a sentinel with a weapon that can equip up to 4 Vigilante set mods. Vigilante Pursuit can be equipped in any warframe’s Exilus slot giving you a 5th set mod. It’s also possible to get a temporary 60% boost to critical chance by equipping an Adarza Kavat with the Cat’s Eye mod. The Tek Enhance mod will boost the duration of Cat’s Eye by 30%.
I don't even have a full build on fulmin because I have no forma but it one shots lvl 75 Arbitration targets. Always getting 28k + damage on headshot with the shotgun mode because of vigilante set :P. In conclution: it pleases me.
I'm extremely happy about my fulmin and already have put 2 formas in it within the first hour or so. I'm definitely gonna put more if necessary, which it probably is
I replayed the first few seconds of the video over and over. My jaw is down there somewhere. I'd never seen Wisp before. I didn't know she had the most spectacular view I'd ever seen in a game.

I use the same colours on my Wisp as I did on Nekros and Nidus. Gotta say, my Skin Fairy turned out quite well. ^_^ Also, it's great to have another silent gun with Fulmin, really not a fan of Baza.

This is slowly becoming my favorite wepaon. I love both fire modes and also pack some nice damage. Also, Argon Scope is another great option for the Fulmin. I find very seay to land headhost in both modes, so there's another way to increase your crit chance
Yeah it's been my favorite weapon on all situation and my best maximed weapon I slap the forma and farm all the mods using loki farming kuva spy for harrow part it was very op silent and deadly
I enjoy the gun currently. It is also possible to increase your total shot amounts by increasing the magazine size. While not recommended when damage is your output preferences, still an option to get you to such points. The Flux rifle is all charge base as well. Can practice with that until you can get this newer rifle. Just a damn good riven roll for that weapon. Won't see that otherwise. Impress rivens exist already because the weapon is very new (thus why they would be expensive.)
Almost all primary weapons can’t go above level 300-400 with raw damage alone the highest damage weapon would probably be the Kohm with a groll riven I have one and that falls off at like level 380
I really like it. My shotgun usage went to basically zero after amalgam serration but I also just could not find a good all around "rifle". I do like bows but they are just too impractical and weak in most situations. The fulmin very much fixes this. It looks good, it feels good, and it is decently strong.
One thing I've noticed from your builds Leyzar is the lack of Shred/Primed Shred. Faster fire rate and being able to damage multiple enemies is significant and often worth trading damage for as it lowers Time-To-Kill. You tend to only focus on single target damage output which is inherently flawed to an extent.
Ill definetly get Fulmin for Index it just sounds perfect for that. Infinit ammo, radiation, high crit and multiplier'n stuff Edit: Yup tested it in a builder with two 90 mods instead of the 60 60s from the first build. You reach 14k radiation damage.

I'm normally unlucky with rivens, did one sortie and got a fulmin riven with +90% Multishot, +150% Crit chance and +41% fire rate, loving this weapon so far, probably because it's only the second decent riven i've had.
This weapon is fun, but i think after the newness of it wears off, people will realize it could be better, at least it's shotgun mode.... In my opinion the shotgun mode needs more range, and i know there's the full auto mode for that, but, whats the point of a silenced weapon if it has that short of range? 30 meters would help this gun so much better, in my opinion....and then lets talk about ammo consumption, it eats 10 shots in a 60 round gun in shotgun mode, so 6 shots in a horde game, the only thing saving it is the punch through and damage, I would make it eat 5 shots instead of 10....Its funny how the main selling point of the gun has so many drawbacks. I like the idea if the fulmin, but, in my opinion, it could have been executed better.

I tested the gun, pretty strong indeed but its funny ,it has default electricity but the best build on it is viral hunter munitions, i was skeptical about it cause i saw everyone going with corrosive, but Distant Observer confirmed it , viral Hunter munitions is the best way to go
How do you have 130 Formas?! Jebus. Also Fulmin is very quickly becoming my new favorite weapon. It's got stealth elements, great damage, can be made a crit AND status build, and I'm sure if I could find a Riven it would be one of the best.
I also really like this weapon, the latest assault rifle released were pretty nice, battacor and this one, I'm impatient to see the futur grineer new weaponry.

P.S.: without using Vigilante mods on your warframe you can get the set bonus to 20% (not 15%) because you can put vigilante supplies too.
Do you know how (primed) Fast Hands works on this weapon? Does it just reduce delay time before ammo regeneration starts? Does it speed up the actual regeneration process? Neither? Both?
I don't know about the full crit mumu build... seeing how many bullets it took on the fully auto mod to get those gunners to half health... it actually took you a few more shots to fully kill them with the basic elemental build. think this is a rare time that a crit weapon with no built in slash does better without it.
I love this weapon after 3 testing in normal mission and he will be my best friend with Glaxion, Amprex, Gorgon Prime and Battlacor. And talking about glaxion - Layzar, can you made guide for new glaxion? I saw that weapon has slighty AoE and can hit a nearby enemy.
Fulmin is the META, u cant beat it. It crits, has decent status. Its a shotgun + full auto in one package. It is silenced. It NEVER runs out of ammo. I has inherit elemental. There isn't a single weapon in warframe that can offer so many benefits in package.
finaly some one who got the balls to try heavy caliber i tough i'm the only one XD ! but shouldnt we go for 90-90 elements because of the low status ? and with a riven should i keep both serration and heavy ?
Hey Leyzar what method do you use to Forma these weapons? I get burnt out pretty quick when trying to Forma something a bunch of times, so I generally just try to take it to missions with me... but that's even less effective and makes it take much longer. Do you use stealth multiplier leveling?
It's really satisfying to use, but the small mag size and recharge rate makes it kinda inconvenient. In normal gameplay I liked having Tainted Mag(?) on it, pushing it to 10 shots instead of 6.
The only way this could be better is if it was balanced for MR 14. The fun to use factor is 11/10 for me, fair perks and drawbacks both, especially compared to similiar weapons so as not to invalidate them.

riven disposition on it will probs decrease at next balance - that wil make fulmin rivens more down to earth
Is there a reason you aren't using coaction drift on your Mirage test? Wouldn't it increase the effectiveness of Rifle Amp?

King Jerbear just go to to hydron bring it alone w a booster it takes to 10 waves witout 15 in a public match its pretty quick tbh
