I somehow missed this boss, so I went on with the game past the next boss before realising this one. So I've gone back to a previous backup save to make sure I'm doing this in the right order. Not too difficult of a fight.

I was surprised to find that the Wandering Wight was considerably tougher than this fellow. I thought the one with the flaming blades would be harder than the DK mode boss.
Been stuck on this boss for hours, haven't even tried the one with the massive head next to him. Pissing me off.

Took me about 6 tries to beat this boss. This game is definitely not easy but it’s definitely possible to beat with plenty of practice and patience

Yeah no way you did that with beginning heath and stats you hardly loose stamina did you farm levels ?
I've noticed the more you die you retain your levels if you will, you'll notice this guy has a bunch of the moves unlocked, so I'm figuring these are higher "builds" granted he's still awesome but watch the meters don't go down much in stamina etc.
They were level 9 and got their level 10 spark after beating the boss
That’s what I ended up doing. I grinded up to a higher level and maxed out my health.

How the heck you can time the dodge perfectly???? I frickin hate this game because the movements set is kind of delayyyyyy!!!!!, cannot spam dodge, no chain attack between light and heavt attack, especially the heavy attack is frickin retarded, in which it's not instantly do the "action" after you press the heavy attack button.
This is why I stopped playing video games, too many sweats.
