Is there a way to do this from an existing project file?
Yeah, you would have to search for the files and import them into the current project

great tutorial, I was wondering if there was a maximum number of seconds allowed for the beat sync? For instance, is it possible to compose an entire song that lasts between three and five minutes?
not sure I have done it on videos over 7mins just to try it out
