That bridge area u talking about that needs to complete is the responsibility of whosoever say they made scheme up there. A schemebisnt a scheme until it has curbe wall and drainage, light posts and water lines, fire hidrant, and recreational area. Scheme isnt just cutting a road and laying down asphalt. This is a huge problem with so called developers. When all these things are done the developer then turns over the development to parish council who is then responsible for collecting garbage on schedule and they are required to repave the scheme road. If these things arent done parish council has no obligation to do anything in there because its still classified as farm land.

What i can't understand is matters how much lands these people in Jamaica have at the back of their house they choose to build their house so close to the road..
