That Samara Joy LP isn't her newest album (that would be 'Portrait', released in 2024). The blue vinyl variant of 'Linger Awhile' you have there was previously a Target exclusive.
Hi Mike, just wanted to say that I enjoy watching your videos. Happy New Year to all at The In Groove. I hope to visit your store one day. Watching from South Texas. - Dylan
Great to see the repressings on the Living Stereo series. I sat on the Rubinstein / Rachmaninoff title and it's sold out everywhere so I am hoping Chad does a repress
Hi Mike - Eventhough it's not practical for me to order in Arizona (I'm based in France), I never miss your videos and your comments. Here's a few suggestions to make those videos a little more user-friendly: - is it possible to create chapters for pre-orders, new arrivals, restocks, etc + I would love to have a special section where you give your personal pick, something like 'Mike's pick of the week' or maybe something like 'if you spend only $xx (50/100) on records this week/this month, etc that would really help people (like me) in deciding what to buy I don't think it would add a lot of work and it would be take your videos one step higher in editorial quality and content In any event, thank you for all your work in making those videos, and have a very cool 2025 Cheers - Eric
Hey Mike! Great video as always! Quick question: what are the outer sleeves that you are using on your Doors box set individual albums? Thanks and keep up the good work!
What happened to the show you had scheduled on whatnot yesterday? Had a bunch of people in there and it was crickets. Let us know if you’re gonna no-show next time.
I live in the UK and the In Groove are very good to buy from so dont hesitate. Works out cheaper than some UK ripper offers and the shipping can be surprisingly fast. The pre paid duties is an excellent thing. My only wish was their price/barcode stickers would peel off without ruining the original outer sleeves! Take note Michael 😊

Your shop is almost there. A record store needs to be like fine wine- vintage. What you need- less light. A record store needs to be dark. A warm cave of wonders. Lots of light is Target. You don't want to be Target. You need more grime on the floor. A record store should not be clean. You need layers of Xeroxed punk rock flyers tacked to the walls. Throw the promo poster for Tyler Swift in the garbage. Have the walls ozzing of rock and roll history. Don't have a bathroom. Make people pee at the closest coffee shop. Make the windows blacked out with more old posters and flyers. Make the outside look like a store front that has been there for a hundred years. Make it ozz history. Make sure your shop is not right next to a chiropractor or dentist or state farm office or HAndRBlock or some other boring buisness. Being next to a thrift store or pawn broker or coin op laundry or dive bar would be perfect. Make sure you have a neon sign out front but make sure it's half out or flickering. Keep the records in milk crates and have hand made genre and alphabetical signage. Sell a bunch other ephemera. Have a music snob man the register who will actually kick people out for asking about bad pop music. Do these things and your store will be legendary.
The Dean Martin TV show rekkid is almost as good and I told Chäääd he should reissue it as a follow-up, but he's too stingy to do so. Speaking of, where are the last two Steely Dan UHQRs!!! WTF!!!
Mike, please advise all of your fans/customers that UA-cam once again wiped out subscribers. I thought I missed your new arrival vid yesterday, and when I checked I was "somehow" unsubscribed. S.
Many thanks Mike and all at The In Groove!! HAPPY NEW YEAR BROTHER!
Happy New Year from Alex from Scotland 🏴 . Look forward to your videos every Thursday in the UK .

Even with no new product to reveal, never miss your weekly rundown Mike. Keep up the fine work and heavy sarcasm!
My first vinyl order of 25 was the Ingroove.

Take it from one that is going through it now, the record cleaning service Mike offers is fantastic!
Please, anyone, get the muddy waters 45, it’s insanely good
Linger a While is a beautiful record 🙂
The original overseas smokes, the reissue you need a new stereo
😂
Hey Mike, I think you should start saying "absolutely epic"! What do you think?
❤
Any news at all when Kevin Gray will release a third recording on his Cohearent label?
Weren't the Rhino "start your ear off right" Dream Theater's coming out this Friday?
Yes but shipments are late because of the holiday.
Keep using "fantastic." It's your go to word.
