Getting back to the Licetti battery box, I still love this thing after a year of owning it❤ right now. I have it powering an overnight light downstairs, but it is capable of so much more. You can stack up to 4 batteries in parallel for 400 AH or buy 4 of them for 4 individual installations.🎉
Thank you for the info. Looks like a great, simple solution. I am new to the solar generator world…is there a way to charge this setup with grid power or a gasoline generator if solar isn’t available? Would that be what one of the Anderson inputs would be used for? Thanks!

@@BradCagle Lithium-ion batteries require a higher voltage than lead acid batteries to fully charge and a charger that charges at 14.4 - 14.8 Volts. So if not set to Lithium on the solar charger the battery will never fully charge. A user manual for the solar charger would be helpful. I was thinking of adding my own solar charger and use 200 to 300 watts of panels to charge the battery. With the built-in solar charger you are limited to about 100w of panels.

I’m too use to Amazon Prime and this is not that but I am liking what I see and will not ask for a refund unless product is not good. You did an excellent job of taking it through its paces and for a 1000 watt gig as I’ve got the LiFePO 4 battery, it should work out nicely. I’m subscribing from and buying this because of you UA-cam fyi. So thx for responding and now my wait.
@@jimoray3 Ok keep me updated. I was pressuring them to have this product in the US ready for shipping. So the LA thing might be true. EDIT: I see you have confirmed from them it's shipping from China.
Did you receive the box yet?
It looks like a pretty cool product too bad it doesn't look like it's big enough for 2 50 amp hour TimeUSB batteries because I have 2 50 amp hour batteries laying around doing nothing, I guess I will just have to build my own box for them lol
Yeah, it's not large enough for that. Thanks!
Can you daisy chain?
168.00$ plus shipping
on the web site the price is 168$ as of 7/21/23
Thanks
I just got (2) 220 AH TIME US B LiFePO4 batts for a solar system 4 my class c. I m looking for a way to modularize it so i can power my remote shop when not traveling. This gives me more ideas and I will likely ask q's later. TIA...
That's a great idea! Clever :)
I wouldn’t keep exceeding the inverter limit. Good way to damage the unit.
Great point!
What are the dimensions of the outside of the box?
How much is this
the only drawback for me is the invertor is only a 1000 watts .....
If you are camping during a red flag event were burning isn't allowed this would be a good option.
Very good idea!
Even their new version 2 2kW version still limits you to 110V…
Yeah, i have it. Thanks
These units seem to be a very a functional and cost effective solution to building your own battery box but just be aware that they charge $55 for 7 day UPS shipping but my order has been almost 10 days and have not even received notification that my order has even shipped, they will not respond to any emails and their online chat is ALWAYS offline. If you purchase from this Chinese company, make sure you use a method that will allow you to get your money back. Company seems a bit scammy, I would be a bit leery of this company, I'm not the only one posting about having issues with shipping and their customer support or lack there of.
I just sent them an email regarding these issues. Hopefully they can step it up. Thanks.
Thanks Brad, good luck getting an reply from these guys, I don't think they have a clue as to what "Customer Service" means or integrity for that matter. Really getting fed up with these Chinese companies promising stuff they know they aren't going to deliver. If it takes 30 days to ship and receive just say so, at least we would know what to expect. Instead they charge $55 for 7 days UPS shipping, say they have warehouses in the US and ignore all customer inquires.
The sad part is I think I will probably like the unit and find it useful when I finally receive it but I will be hesitant to do any future business with them and probably not recommend them to others@@BradCagle
How can I order one phone number please
You can order online. Links are in the description
$450 for the 1000 watt version and $1400 for the 3000 watt version
Is that with or without battery?
The box tht you have Brad is for $150 USD
@@thinkfx3078 That's a sweet price. Hard to believe they have not put these on Amazon. I told these guy's before I did the review get ready because people are going to want these. LOL
@@mac11380 I have been having conversations with that I can share
@@mac11380 Same they said 450 and I'm sure shipping is going to be high also
Of couse u say good is free to u.
There's stuff that's free to me that I say is not good too. Thanks.
I don't care for the display. Not easy to use and what the battery percentage is.
For 168$ I want one
Not a generator.
Literally? No. Does it generate power? No. Does it recharge? Yes...is it a misuse of a term ? Yes. Do we care?
Nothing special
No such thing as a solar generator.
@JamesSmith-bj9vk It’s called the Sun. You should go back to school. How old are you?
@JamesSmith-bj9vk The video is about a box with batteries and an inverter, that he calls a solar generator. Absolutely no one is talking about the sun, besides you.
How do you like them apples, Einstein
@JamesSmith-bj9vk Still not a solar generator. But again, you’re the only one talking about the sun.
Really? Generator?
Hope it's a good one?
Is this water proof? 🤔
