I have a 1977 D Jefferson Nickel with full steps and it's so pretty it almost looks as if it could be a D cam nickel. I wasn't suggesting excited to hear that the 1977 P was sold on eBay for over $4000.00. Although, I am not sure I want to sell it on eBay..I will follow-up by searching for more info. I just went to a PCGS members only show in Vegas 2 weeks ago and sat with a dealer and he thumbed through some of my coins and explained double-dies to me in detail and it was great. But I do have to say his coins were amazingly gorgeous. I'm grateful for people like yourself (and your wife)😊 to take the time to educate us. Thanks again!

I have dabbled here and there and am still learning. I have an odd situation. I recieved change at a store and the kid gave me all nickels.(18 to be exact). I went through them to find similar errors but they all have different years. I'm sure they came from same roll I watched him break the roll. (1977-2017). I really would like to have them looked at. That would be better than explaining.
Me and the Monticello have a serious love hate relationship lol. Sometimes I just shake my head after I look at the reverse and see these flattened down blobs! Lol Its still a thrill though. 1977 No gots but I'll be checking the change. Thanks J and B
