My pet peeves. #1 talking to NCOs and COs like they’re your friends. #2 calling the Chaplin “ chap, chappy or chaps” #3 not showing up 10-15 min early #4 wearing the fleece jacket as an outer garment. #5 NCOs thinking they are above the law #6 not following basic weapons dicapline #7 not fixing your uniform ( patches are all jacked up, buttons not fastened, snakes hanging out of your boots, and pockets not being fastened properly )
Thanks for the video! Question, shipping out to the OCS soon, I have a nice sturdy military grade watch yet it’s kind of expensive. What would you recommend? Should I bring it?
Damn, youre right sgt, now i feel bad for only doing the 10 pushups and 17min on the 2mile on my last acft.... but i took it literally a week prior and killed the test so idk why they threw me on the list again, and i didnt feel like killing myself again for nothing
Pet peeves. Uniforms looking like shit. Not properly addressing rank. Waiting until someone walks away and not wear kevlar in trucks. Covering down in formation with a command being given. I am prior Marine, came in the guard. It drives me insane. I may go reserve drill sgt just to be able to train soldiers better.
Sorry, if your pet peeve bothers you. Just don't bother me or I will create one that will bother you. Yes I do the bare minimum on the acft, no need to risk for failure if I'm going to max one event out
@@HeresTheDrill yes, seen some whom attempted to lift the max and through their back out, seen few who rush the SDC just to fall n miss their times. Seen some whom was so tired, can't even pass 22 min run. If you can't do your max, save your energy to ensure you pass
Fucking patches, too many of the fucking airmen in my unit show up for duty and their shit is crooked, in the wrong place, only halfway on the damn velcro. Take that shit off your uniform when you wash it, when you pull it out of the dryer put it back on, when you get dressed in the morning, give your uniform a ojce over, make sure everything is wuere it should be, make sure you don't have and loose strings or lint. If you were sweating your ass off yesterday don't show up with the same nasty uniform.
