I seriously thought for about 5 seconds. Then I did it. Not missing out on this. I have several granular synth modules. I find that the need to record to so many of them to do their thing (Nebulae, Arbhar, Cornflakes, Brinta) really gets in the way. Always listening and always processing is key for me. It’s why I prefer Beads to any of the others for most use.
It’s a sample playing back. I think it’s mono, but the takeaway is definitely that the dradds are creating a very dramatic stereo image from material that didn’t have one before (whether the sample is technically stereo or not)
this is special. I love the sonic results you got from this experiment. as I'm listening, I'm wondering... is dradd not a stereo module? (I'm thinking it must be.)
Dradd is mono in, mono out. I’d love to see Pladask take Dradd as well as some of their pedals to stereo. If there were stereo versions of Fabrikat, Draume, and Taken, I’d get them all in a heartbeat. I used to have them, but I sold them because they’re mono.
@@christopherwilliams375 yeah, I agree completely... stereo versions of these is what this crazy world needs. that may not be the recipe for full-on world peace, but.... it'll surely double up on some weird beauty. & the world will certainly benefit from that.
Beautiful
Another reason why I need Sealegs….lovely patch
OMG, the infamous Plantasks Dredds!!! 😱
Dude this sounds so good!!!!!!! love it sm
I have one and seriously thought about buying another just for this. Now I may have to .....

Oh nooo, now I need another one!
Oh yeahs! two is the answer!! beautiful.
There’s something over the top and spinal tap about this which I really love but it’s also just a great idea and the result is 🔥
It had to be done for the sake of science. But at what cost…
@@mattlowerymusicLooks like The Science was wrong about this too!
Knowing I could use 2 Dradds was no danger to my fiscal state. Having heard 2 Dradds was quite dangerous to my fiscal state.
Knut approves hahahah. Sounds great!
Question? Is it a mono signal coming out of Ableton, or a stereo source split between the 2 Dradds?

Thank you! No, DRADD isn’t stereo. Two dradds are needed for stereo experiments, hence the unhinged nature of this ridiculous video

mmm... unhingedness... I live for that shizz!! @@mattlowerymusic

I'm just here for the cosmologically irresponsible content 🙏🏻
🎶😊🎶👍🏼
Next video will be two Dradds in stereo into two Shallow Waters in stereo 🤣
Don’t tempt me!
