Incredible! His movements reflect a multiple attacker scenario, and how he switches from lightning-fast, to super-slow is un-real. This is a man who is an Artist, with killing grace! I added this to playlist "Fighting Exercises."
absolutely perfect, the shaking jin in this video shown in the beginning is the sign of a true master , the explosive power in tai chi cultivation is the secret behind the internal forms , youre seeing the practice and cultivation, but if you ever see it unleashed in its full power and speed , its scary.
This is what I was looking for! I was watching some weird bagua videos and I was asking myself what was that. Here is what I'm talking about. What a beautiful moves. So harmonics.
his movement like stretching silk, iron wires, soft, slow, but can be fast and powerful whenever he feel like to attack. Especially his full body movement is very harmonious with his hands.
@SkyeAten According to their wewbsite, it is Zhang style. This is apparently a mixture of taijiquan, Bagua, Xingyi, Shaolin, ans sandra. It looks nice, but i would wonder if it adheres to Taiji preinciples.
seems to have too much bodily movements for his tai chi. Donno which style was that too. Looks like chen style. Not sure if his tai chi is from dan tian or just shaking his body (which is wasting energy). I use master Feng Ziqian or Chen XianWang as the benchmark.
Bob Jones What makes you say that? I've been hearing a lost of people say that these demonstrations are fake and I don't understand why. Are you a master yourself or something along that area?
Fresh Appleseed I'll give you one easy way to differentiate a Wushu form from a real Kung Fu form: pay attention to the footwork first. If the form looks like all the "cool moves" happen while the stance work is facing one way then it probably is a Wushu form, it was designed from the start to be viewed by an audience from one direction and mostly for show and competition. There's also something to be said if you either practice the actual style or see it done a lot where you can see where the applications have been completely removed or modified to be useless in self defense. If you don't understand why it's because you don't practice it or know the history, if you do practice it be warned that whoever is teaching you is either un-aware that you don't know of this issue or is aware and keeping you ignorant on purpose. www.shaolin.org/answers/sp-issues/wushu-1.html
Bob Jones Ok, I understand. I wish people would be more honest with these videos. Although I appreciate you informing me about this video, I do not appreciate you calling me ignorant. You do not know who I am. K, bye.
Hi Sir,warm greetings from India,so beautiful your art is and so beautifully and smoothly your doing such flawless movemeny just like water.I wish i could learn from you these traditional chinese arts which i have been inclined to.Its mh dream and hopefully you can teach me.Truly an honor just to watch you doing these arts.Cheers Buddha bless you and your family always🙂❤❤❤
ABOSLUETLY INSPIRATIONAL! i only wished i could train at your school. i can FEEL your taiji through this computer screen. i have never seen so beautiful an expression of chen in terms of finesse and focus. KUDOS to you
It's either added digitally, or it's artifacts from digital compression. That said, his Chen is about as freaking internal as it gets! A true master, IMHO!
The video does not show just how much this works hard on your cardio. You can't go the material like this guy does without giving your cardio a really good workout.
I don't understand why so many people go on youtube and watch peoples/schools videos and criticize them so hard without posting a video of their own to be judged. If you see something wrong or not authentic, just point it out and do the correction in your own video. Quit hating on other people!
Yang was standardized in the late 50s, and it's original teacher, Yang Luchan, studied Chen Taiji under Chen Changxing, who is in the direct lineage of the famed modern interpreter of Chen, Chen Fa Ke. That said, train with any of these guys, relax, deepen your stance, and it's all good.
Its Zhang style Taiji, which was developed by his master, Zhang Shengli. Taiji wise, it is most related to Chen, but has the influence of various other internal styles as well.
It would be interesting to know how the creator of Taichi came up with the movements for it. Also Taichi is a much more fluid style vs Bagua which is more running around in circle and then Xingyi is more of a forceful quick attack with Taichi combined.
Movements based on spherical energy and natural movements of the Dan Tien I would say - but as with all Chinese arts there’s so much secrecy involved it’s pretty much impossible to know the actual history
What the hey did I just watch? These three forms are all the same system each of his performances had different principals forms and footwork. Perhaps a indepth study of pakua fish step might help
Remember kids this kitten is good enough to have what could have jet li's job. In fact if Jet had not become so famous he would be the happy kitten dean at that same school. Oh wait the same damn school that teaches the chinese olympic team. oh it's not real? Do you know what bau gua looks like on the west coast of the US? Not like we are masters - we got visited by masters. But from Vancouver to CA that is what ba gua looks like here. Honestly I see a much stronger influence of xing yi from the east coast. I like the xing yi influence in the east coast (add some ba fa while you are at it) - way more aggro and scary. Or then there are the flavors of ba gua you find in europe. All are good ... but, what really matters is the person behind the motions. My stance is better than your stance means nothing if you are down on the ground. Nothing. This guy doesn't mess around ... he is so bad ass he can effectively add flourishes to his stance. Look at how his body is balanced. Notice how getting hit by him would be a lot like losing an argument with a brick. Now walk the circle. Walk the circle. Walk the circle!
Wushu translates to martial art in a literal sense, but in the kung fu/ Chinese community, it is commonly referred to modern wushu and competition routines that are in no way real kung fu or real tai chi.
We learn tai chi at our school, since im a second degree black belt i could recieve this if i asked but i prefer Pa-kua as my fighting style, tai-chi is a very smooth nice flowing peace of art, i love it, i learn it, but overall id choose Pa-kua(not disrespecting tai-chi in any form)
The stances for Chen rely on diff 'rules' then Yang. I love yang and its derivatives, and I also love chen. They are diff. Chen is usually credited as being closer to the source of what is actually Taiji. What is was originally, we may never know. We can barely go back to ChenFaKe, who was promoting his take on Chen in the 1930s.
chen style tai chi is the originator. Never heard of wudang as the originator. Chen style is difficult to learn and master with lots of silk reeling jing. this differentiates itself from the other styles of Yang, Wu, Wuu, Sun, which also has their roots in Chen style tai chi.
Chen Xiao Wang is a master, but the 'Chen' name gets a bit over recognized. I would def put this guy over Chen Xiao Wang, Chen Zheng Lei, and as good as Chen Yu. However, when you combine his TaiJi, Xing Yi and Bagua, he is amongst the absolute best, relaxed, coiling, differentiated speed, internal connection. Amazing!!!
Muito perfeito estes movimentos, excelente
Incredible! His movements reflect a multiple attacker scenario, and how he switches from lightning-fast, to super-slow is un-real. This is a man who is an Artist, with killing grace! I added this to playlist "Fighting Exercises."
@wushuargentino According to his website, it's Zhang style Taijiquan, which combines Chen Taiji, Sanda, Shaolin, Xingyi, and Bagua.
this is absolutely beautiful with music
Buen trabajo con el canal.
Strength, grace, fluidity, power, and calmess in this mind and body workout!Amazing
His hands, feet, head, torso, flow in a totally natural way. Each time he punches, he feels the strength of his whole body in a fist.
absolutely perfect, the shaking jin in this video shown in the beginning is the sign of a true master , the explosive power in tai chi cultivation is the secret behind the internal forms , youre seeing the practice and cultivation, but if you ever see it unleashed in its full power and speed , its scary.
This is what I was looking for!
I was watching some weird bagua videos and I was asking myself what was that. Here is what I'm talking about. What a beautiful moves. So harmonics.
I'm looking at this and it motivates me to practice harder and harder every day. I wish I could go to China and practice all day with a Master.
Thanks for sharing! Have an awesome day!
I want to see how they fight, a real fight. Are there any yt videos depciting on how they fight?
This video is my favorite and it's the one I learned a decade ago, it's good.
That was simply beautiful. Very graceful and focused.
Simply, simply, wonderful. I hope to learn only one percent of this.
his movement like stretching silk, iron wires, soft, slow, but can be fast and powerful whenever he feel like to attack. Especially his full body movement is very harmonious with his hands.
this is without a doubt....world class
just brilliant

I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. Just mesmerized! Beautiful beyond all words.
I liked this one even more (similar styles) ua-cam.com/video/Sl26Gi1sank/v-deo.html
You really understand this art. Well done! Where are you and how do I contact you in Australia
Excellent performance, beautiful,,,I love taichi....
What form is the taiji/tai chi?
It is not zhao bao, it is not chen.... According to my point of view, some principles are missing. I`d like to know what kind of taiji style is it?.
Great! Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi. I would like to see Bajiquan too.
love china...nd wats the song...??
Wow. This is beautiful. I am starting to learn Tai Chi and hope one day I can do this
Tanja W Don't. This is not "real". This is a sad declawed version of the real thing.
Bob Jones What makes you say that? I've been hearing a lost of people say that these demonstrations are fake and I don't understand why. Are you a master yourself or something along that area?

It is TaiJi! Congratulations! Dr. Salvino - Taiji instructor in Florianopolis Island - Brazil.
Enjoy ,so nice playing so quickly
silk reeling and sinking?
ABOSLUETLY INSPIRATIONAL! i only wished i could train at your school. i can FEEL your taiji through this computer screen. i have never seen so beautiful an expression of chen in terms of finesse and focus. KUDOS to you
Would you come and follow me around all day and teach me your ways??????
Joe Wade
lol
:) would that be a taiji students dream?
BRAVO! AWESOME!! Such skill!! 🔥
這是什麼音樂,太匹配啦!行雲流水,完美無瑕!
He has amazing inner energy, And amazing fighting techniques
How do you judge this?
Исполнение форм красивое, как в балете, но далёкое для отработки ситуаций реального боя.
Bagua from slip-sliding with toe first to more natural heel-to-toe. Good one, as always.
不知哪裡可以學這樣妙絕拳法
Only one way to find out!!!
what is song ?
kimhung thailand relaxation
Thank you for sharing this video. I appreciate your artistic talent.
Amazing wish someone in South Texas can teach this
Exquisite performance 👏 👌

i am about to ask the same. hopefully the one who uploaded this can provide answer. =)
Can anyone tell me what style and taiji form was? that was brilliant.
Yang or Wu style probably!
looks like chins old frame imo
Definitely classic Chen Frame Form of TaiJi.
And it is gorgeous
+Bagua Monkey They call it Zhang style after his Master Zhang Shengli who studied many different Taiji styles
Excellent energy movement
Magnificent and inspiring.
🙏🙏🙏🌸💐🌹

太酷了,他拥有巨大的内在能量和惊人的技术
Beautiful interpretation .... this is art... and art depends on the interpreter

Why does it say real taichi in the title when this is wushu stuff?
beautiful!!!
absolutely beautiful !
I have always wanted to learn BaGua :O HE IS SOOO GOOD!!!!
@valebjj2009 agreed. the form is only a part of the system, too many around the world forget that.

Thank you Sifu
Que lindo mestre de kungfu fazendo demonstração me emocionou
