    I bought the M and P 2.0 metal about a month ago. So far I have put about 1000 rounds through it. The only issues I had were with Winchester FMJ that had several misfire per box. After I switched to sig sauer and blazer I have had no issue whatsoever. My wife and I train with it weekly now and even with simple iron sights I can get grouping in about a 2 inch circle. I have broken it down and cleaned it several times with no issues either. I really like how the magazines load and drop easily when spent. Based on my experience I plan on buying a shield plus for a wear and carry.

    Enjoying the M&P in Oregon with the 10 round magazine. I just got my M&P all metal yesterday. Here in Kentucky with the standard magazines within 17 capacity. Sorry Oregon and Washington State we get to have 17 rounds here anyway it's an awesome great gun.

      Joe, actually Oregon has not yet restricted magazine capacity. They are certainly trying or at least the far left progressives in Portland or Tri. The rest of the state however is very pro gun.
      Unfortunately, so many people are ignorant about Firearms having never been to the range or a grown-up with parents who teach them firearms safety.
      Instead they get all their miss information from the corporate media who has an extreme bias against the individual rights of citizens. Very important that everyone votes! Thanks for watching and commenting I hope you will subscribe to the channel.

      Sir, I would recommend this over the Sigg or the Beretta. I happen to own both of those pistols and believe they are very fine quality handguns. However I believe you will have better success shooting this pistol right out of the box versus learning to manage the double action to single action trigger transition. It’s just my personal view but it is worth considering the fact that striker fired pistols are generally easier to master then a double action/single action semi automatic.

At the same time I’m less concerned about my minor discomfort with the stippling when it’s inside the waistband and much more interested in the way the gun feels when my hands are wet or sweaty.

    ? What is the black plate thats on the back of the slide made of. You lnow the plate you replace with the correct one for your red dot. Its black so i cetaily hope its not plastic. • @GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC
      @GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC  7 місяців тому

      Earl, thank you for watching and commenting. This plate on the M&P is pretty much like every other plate that I’ve seen on pistols today… yes, is made out of polymer.
      The only exception I’ve seen to this is the plate cover that’s on my staccato P 2011 pistol … that pistol is $2400 approximately. And the design has the site as part of that plate.
      These plate covers are really designed to be taken off if you’re going to run a red dot optic. Thus to me it makes no difference.
      If that’s a dealbreaker for you, i totally understand….what I’m much more interested in is the frame, slide and barrel.These have proven remarkably durable for me.
