I never liked Sydney. I'm too old to idolise bad-tempered and arrogant men. And yes, Sanditon is fiction, a lovely romantic fluff, but men like that, they never change. That's a lie.
At first I couldn't wait for their happy ending, and now I'm so sad without continuing! But I'm very happy for them, even if they only exist in the film world 🥰
There is no hope. They are done. But I would have enjoyed to see their post-wedding story, something about the new hotel, new characters, Dr Fuchs getting hitched, Augusta finding a decent suitor...
