Ultimately the song is about that eternal longing for someone you miss deeply and you feel the entire nature is missing that person along with you.
You are going in every comment section and spreading the meaning of these coke studio Bangla songs. Aren't you?
Thank you for the good work.
@@riditahaque4906 Don't know about spreading lol, spreading sounds more like spreading a virus, we have had enough of that already 🙂😉. For me, it is all about knowledge sharing to ensure people from other part of the world, understand the real inner meaning and the emotion of the song; that is sometimes even for a native speaker difficult to understand. Thanks for noticing.
In case you didn't know, the first singer - Arnob, he is the primary composer/producer for Coke Studio Bangla. He is a brilliant musician
The fact is that We dont have any harsh sounding letters in our language that's why it's rumoured to the sweetest language haha. The guy who was singing like crying, that's actually bengali folk music style.
Glad you liked it
Bhawaiyaa genre
@@towfiqz yes and i didnt use that term coz they might not understand it 🤗
loved the way ripon boga looked up while singing... seemed like he was looking to heaven for his loved one
Crossings over from Filipino singers, and I’m really impressed with this duo. It’s not so much about the notes but the sounds between the notes. Thank you for a new discovery.
It painted an immensely poetic sublime. The painful melancholy of the "shehnai" with the unexpected "bhawaiya song" totally ripped through my heart. A deep yearning yet so pure and sentimental; so respectful to the original tune - so simple yet so emotional. Extremely relatable for anyone leaving far from their family.
Please listen this with your eyes closed. It is all about missing Someone's lover... 🙂 the slim instrument is called shanai, this symbolize sorrow or saying good bye to loving one. Thanks for loving bangla songs so much! Love and respect from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Loved how you got the pleading part right just by hearing the voice!
In Arnob part, he is missing his loved one so much and thinking about her all the time.
The high pitch part that was sang by Ripon, he is wishing if his loved one could came to him as he is far away from her.
The high pitch is actually a traditional Bangali Style. This is called "Bhawaiya " that is a type of folk music.
I couldn't help crying after listening the song. It is a very heart-touching song. This song is engrossed with so much pain which is piercing the heart. This song is dedicated to those people who have lost their relatives or close heart people or have stayed away from them in the broad on different purposes. Hats off to Coke Studio Bangla again....
Lovely reaction! The song is a blend of Bengali pop and folk music. The uniqueness lies there.Bengali or Bangla is one of the sweetest languages of the world. Thanks and best wishes from Bangladesh
Its my 2nd fav. The first one is "Bulbuli" Btw, Thanks for reacting guys. Love from Bangladesh. 😁🇧🇩
Thanks a lot for your nice reactions on our each and every Coke studio bangla song. Love from Bangladesh 💚 ❤ 💚 😊
They actually don't release the songs periodically, rather the songs are released on special days. Yesterday was Buddha Purnima, a day celebrated by Buddhists, and was released on that occasion. The previous song was released before Eid day, celebrated by Muslims.
Hearing about Coke Studio going global with a recent launch in London. I hope they keep it to a similar format focusing on collabration and new interesting ideas in music

Focus to the lyrics also...it will make you feel the atmosphere of the song...
Thanks for your reaction from Bangladesh.
Thank you both of Brother for beautiful reaction love from Bangladesh ❤❤❤❤
Ripon is singing Bhawaiya, a very prominent type of folk music. Bhawaiyas are supposed to be very heart touching both lyrically and melodically and are usually sung in a cry-broken tone.
If love Ripon's type of singing, you may also listen to a song named, "O ki o gariyal bhai". You will love that too.
Lovely reaction. Enjoyed it.
Love from Bangladesh bro 🇧🇩❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You're both talented ❤️
Almost all Bangla people can sing very well and their voice can sound soft due to their langauge...You mentioned Arijit, even he speaks Bengali, even Shreya Ghoshal... Both of them are from West Bengal. And all other Bangla people can sing like them...I am sure...
From India you can also give try to Rajasthani music...they also have a unique was of singing due to different langauge...Though there are other Indian States as well where people have different accent and have different singing style...
Thank u for reacting coke studio bangla
I was waiting for your reaction..😊
You will understand better if you concentrate on the themes , rather than on the actual lyrics .
Both of the songs is about longing for the loved ones . Both of the singers are away from their loved ones but expressing in a bit differently .
Arnob is singing it from the urban perspective , where people are more restrained , they hold back their emotions . He is missing his loved one deeply but expressing it through metaphors only . He is reluctant to say it directly , or not sure how to say it . One of the line Arnob singing is " ei kothata kemne boli " which means " how can I tell her " ( that I am missing her that much ) .
Ripon is singing and wailing unrestrained . He is from the rural part of the country where they do not hold back in the name of civility . He is saying directly what he is feeling and asking his love to come back to him . No holds bar , so you can feel the emotion much more directly .
Hope this helps .

I hate the fact that you guys interrupt so much between the song that you miss the entire vibe. You can listen the song in a go then express every bit of it but please stop interrupting
You stopped the song many times, which has ruined the rhythm. And it seems like you're just sitting there judging & reacting to the song, not feeling it.
Because they are music teachers, they are analyzing each part that's why they are pausing to explain each part.
Can you listen to the experience in one shot rather than pausing each 20-30 seconds, you just don't get the full experience. Man in the right side, no one cares how well you sing or not, so stop analyzing each line
why should they follow your way what u want? let them do what they like.we r enjoying their reaction.
Do you know who they are?? The guy on the right is a VOCAL COACH. The man on the left is a guitar teacher. It is their JOB to educate people on music. The guy on the right isn't trying to show off how he sings, he is analyzing their voice and in explaining so he is singing a bit. If you don't want broken down analysis of music teachers and instead just want normal reaction of people then there are tons of people doing that go and watch them instead of telling educators how to make their videos. If you're watching their videos then at least have the awareness to learn something from them lol.
@@shaaaairuuu Thanks for spending some time to write a comment. Personally, I have nothing to learn from them. Cheers!
You guys talk too much during listening.Next time review after listening full song.
They are musicians. They need to review and get into the intricacy of the music.
That is the real way of review..otherwise all are fake.
So what do you expect .. just listen to the songs and bang their heads against the table in ecstasy? This duo is actually really good at picking up on the musical intricacies. Its amazing how they dissect the musicality so accurately.
