It was released on the month of Internation Mother Language Day. So, they started the season by showing respect to every language. Nasek Nasek is a song of a tribal region called Hajong. And I heard that it's Animesh's first performance on such a big stage.
They especially showed respect to the Bangla language. Because Bangladesh is the only country to laid their lives for their mother language. Later on UNESCO made that day as the International mother's language day.
Well, the song is actually a fusion of Hagong (a tribal language of northern Bangladesh) and Bangla . Here, 'Nasek' means 'Let's Dance'. February is the month of International Mother Language day and Bangladeshi are only nation who sacrifice their life for mother language in 21 Feb. 1952.So, the coke studio Bangla paid respect to the multi-cultural languages that are present in Bangladesh. To make the songs comprehensible for non-Bengali viewers like you, Coke studio Bangla also enable the accessibility of English subtitle.

Bangladesh is an unexplored gold mine that is waiting to be explored. In terms of Rock and folk music it is miles ahead of any other south Asian nation. It also has other world class platform like wind of change on Gaan Bangla tv which is similar to coke studio and the only difference is that it features foreign instrumentalists. It seems they took alot of influence from coke studio Pakistan season 3 and 4 in terms of production but added their own flavour to it. Nice fusion. Its reminiscent of Rohail Hayats production as far as arrangement is concerned.
