Great to watch an honest car reviewer who isn’t a BMW, Mercedes and Audi fanboy, sick to death of hearing how great BMW idrive is etc. Keep up the good work Bob.
I sleep in my Renault Megane when I'm on shift and I swore I'd never sleep in it again. So I bought a 1998 motorhome. But the motorhome is slow, there's only a few spots in work where I can park and lately it's costing me a fortune in repairs. I've considered going back to the car and was looking at SUV and estates. But headroom is a problem. Then I discovered this car and I think it will be perfect for my needs. Remove the last 2 seats and lay the others flat. Put in a cot or airbed and still have room got my cooking equipment and cooler. Might even get the portipotty in too. I'm going to go and look at it today. Thanks for the review!
We have just ordered one, {Allied Mobility), they are even better than the Peugeot Partner, which we have had 2 of. You can get a normal wheelchair in the back, plus driver and 4 passengers.
We are also going with Allied mobility with wheel chair access. Not sure if the engine size but I think they said it's the SR model. Also it's a diesel which I am not so keen on with the cost of fuel but we don't do much millage. Our current car has done under 10,000 in five years.
Im looking to buy one. Im disabled(non wheelchair) and unfortunately need to live in my car during summer months due to nightmare next door neighbour.my car is my safe space. I tried a tourneo but couldnt see over the bulky dashboard. I currently have an old manual berlingo, which kills my arthritis, but cant go for automatic as I also have gout in right big toe. Im hoping for a manual with very light clutch and gearstick.
They're not coat hooks, nor just fittings for a cargo net, they take the Citroen/peugeot internal roof bars allowing the transport of long objects inside the car.
Good video and review but I'd like to have seen how the back seats come out, and the boot space with and without them in. None of the specs show the actual measurement (in inches) of the boot space, only in litres which is no use whatsoever if you're trying to figure whether physical items fit in or if you want dog cages fitted as I do
Yes. Id like to see how all the back seats come out and know the total length of usable space from the front seat to the rear door with all back seats out? Is it flat and could I use it as a mini camper to sleep in?
I had a Peugeot tepee 4 seater, it drove just like a car, really good suspension down country lanes. Reliable mechanically but had expensive addblue problems close to 100k.
@@ilonarodak2315 NOX sensor lost communication, I think the wiring broke but they changed the sensor and repaired the wiring loom. Also the multiplex pump was giving codes so had it reset.

the Toyota proace is a Peugeot expert/citroen dispatch with Toyota badges stuck on. the same as the toyota aygo city car, a Peugeot 103 with Toyota badges. the Toyota hiace van couldn't meet the new euro emissions standards so they pulled it from he euro market and piggy backed on the experts in diesel engines and small and medium vans Peugeot.i had a laugh at 2 lads I know that have a proace each, I asked them why didn't ya get the expert or dispatch, they said they wouldn't touch a French yoke, don't want to be in the garage with problems. sure I said your driving a French yoke in disguise for a grand more, the look on their faces they went on google before they believed me. one of them has nearly 240,000 km without any trouble the other lad is nearly at 170,000 with no trouble.

PSA needs to offer this as an EV; there seems to be enough space under the floor for a battery pack. Perhaps they could use a similar motor and battery pack as in the eCorsa (100 kW, 50 kWh, 205 mile range).
The posties around our way have been using Peugeot Partner Electric vans for quite a while now, and there is now a Rifter version, but it will probably be quite expensive,
The passenger seat has a hard plastic back on it and I would think this is because it can fold down (unlike the driver seat) and you may be carrying longer items (lengths of wood for example) that could rest on the back of the passenger seat, hence the hard plastic back on it. Just my theory!
You could watch another video to see the boot! (Or send your complaint to Bob, Complaints Dept, The Next Gear, Ireland). Alternatively and if you feel that strongly you could sue him and/or ask for a refund! Best of luck! ;-)
Nice video, I also did a review on the Peugeot Rifter (without drinving), in my channel! I must say I liked it, but the small steering wheel looks annoying. And the front grill is fake. But otherwise the design is nice!
