Samsung makes some cool stuff but they are a terrible company to do business with and I would never give them my money again. I had a legitimate warranty issue and they denied it claiming my phone had water damage simply because a sticker inside of the phone had turned pink. Apple lost a lawsuit for the exact same reason because a pink sticker doesn't mean that the phone was damaged, it just means that the sticker experienced enough moisture to turn pink. Yet? Samsung still does that. My phone had never been wet, my problem was not moisture related, but they denied it anyways and on top of that they broke my screen when they were taking it apart and when they sent it back and I discovered the cracked screen they refused to do anything about it. Joe, they might have saved a few bucks, but that was 10 years ago and I haven't bought anything from them since, and I never will again, so it doesn't seem like a good business decision on their part. Although maybe some people are okay with getting screwed and still continuing to give money to the company that screwed them.
