Paul Weightman: Investing in Hospitality Businesses, Cromwell Property and Stara Capital & Advisory

Paul was the founding Executive Chairman of Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) on its establishment in 1998 and was the CEO and Managing Director of the Group for the following 22 years. Following Paul's exit from the Group at the end of 2020 he has launched a new venture, Stara Real Estate Capital and Advisory.
Today I'm chatting with Paul about investing in and building hospitality businesses including the ever popular Madame Wu, Beach House, Chu the Phat, plus his dramatic ousting from Cromwell.
