The little kids are making a lot of noise this morning. You are keeping the cute ones . Nothing worse than back pain. I am glad you went for help. I am hurting just thinking about it. I could not move when my back went out on me. Good luck with your soaping. I will be praying for you to be able to keep going! You are pretty amazing!
Those surgery spots are always troublesome, from my back operation on ruptured and herniated disc. You actually do not need to do much to put the back out. I’m still having neck issues from back in May. Even with therapy. Those darlings are so sweet. Sometimes I cannot even get out of bed, so I get what you are saying. Heat and/or ice helps. I definitely want those two soaps coming in the fall❤️🥰👍. Miss Struesel is doing ok but she’s resting along with being active. Thank goodness. Humm. More baby birds🥰. Thank you for showing Tiny Herc❤️🥰👍. He’s happy.❤️❤️
Oh no, Shawn. Bless your heart. I have bone spurs on both shoulders and my neck. Have sciatica issues, so i literally feel your pain. Our animals, I think, pick up on our health. One of my cats was like a nurse when I had covid last year. Her name is Moonpie,so I started calling her Pi Nightingale. Wish I could help y'all.
I love my chiropractor! I’ve been doing hair for 44 years! If I could carry him in my pocket all day I would love it! I’ve have discs in my neck that are herniated. Love the cracking of the neck! He helps me more than anyone else! He is a Neuro Chiropractor I swear by him!💕Yeah Tiny Herc!💕

Did you notice how Clancy waits on Cosmos to catch up? They are sticking close to each other. Please don’t overdo, I’ve been fighting sciatica for the past year, it’s really put a crimp in my daily plans.

As someone who can pull her back out just by breathing wrong, I can completely understand the whole I don’t know what I did statement. I literally took a deep breath once and pulled my back out 😂.

Trust me on this, I've had 5 fusion surgeries, between my neck(2 surgeries fusing 4 vertebras) and lower back(3 surgeries fusing 7or8 vertebras), they told me after the second surgery that there wasn't a question of if I would need another, it was a question of when. Each new bulge or stenosis would move above or below the previous fusion, from the degenerative disk process.

I threw my back out last week. One night after feeding, I had to crawl up my back stairs. I have no idea what I did.😊

You lift a lot of stuff, did you ever think that during the time you work to wear a belt like they have at home depot for their workers that lift heavy items...? It helps by bringing your body back to center, and keeps your stomach from pulling on your lumbar spine. I have suffered with back problems since a young, unlicensed guy plowed into me at 85 miles an hour and changed my life forever. But I do find that the brace I wear helps my spine, a lot, I do not have half the back pain like I used to. I was in traction for 7 years and a body brace for 8. I would prefer going into traction over night to help my body heal. When you gently pull your spine using the water weight, it gives the disks the time and ability to heal. I know they do not think that it helps, but every neruo I went to said it did. Anyway, feel better and I hope Ms Streusel feels better. Hard when they start going down as they age. I wish her prayers of healing.

You need new MRI's and CT scans, I would bet that the disc above or below your previous fusion are bulging and are impingeing on the spine now.
Have you had lack of sleep, it said June 22,23,24 or are you a month behind 😮
🤣😂🤣 that should tell you everything!! I 100% committed to June and about an hour after the video was uploaded I looked at H and said, It’s July, not June. She stared at me blankly as I explained my error and then laughed, you can’t change it now 😬😬😬

I can't say this enough if you are gonna be on your feet alot wear a back brace. Get a good one if you don't have one
