About this video
In this video, I have taken bits from an interview of one of my academy students Subhitha Subramanyam. She shared her life story and her traumatic life experiences. She talked about how she overcome it by using Law of attraction, mindfulness and hooponopono. I'm judy from Philippines and I'm in a tough situation now and somehow losing hope sometimes but when I heard all this story of her I could say I'm still luck in life .I got pregnant at the age of 21 and became a single mom but I was so thankful that I have a supportive family who always at my side until now...thankyou for sharing this inspiring story 😇😇😇

It's high time doctors should include mindfullness and encourage more holistic healing approach in Treatments..not only just medicines. I'm am a psychiatrist n I really believe in power of relaxation, affirmations, healing, self healing, pranic healing etc. The medicines will surely support from a crisis, but inorder to heal completely, more efforts n inputs are needed.

Shubita is just not another lady but a lady with so much strength and willpower . Very few would have survived the trauma but her attitude of not giving up and turning to God has really brought her to the right place for recovery and to live a new life again. wow. Every second of this video has made me thankful for what i have today. you are truly a superhero Subhitha. I am a counseling psychologist by profession and have been watching Kartika's videos a lot recently. I am really interested in learning and becoming a coach myself.
