It's more of an accent in Sweden rather than sass. The accent he use is extremely aggressive, as in very prominent for the north of Sweden, and I really hope he is just playing it up lol.

He clearly finds kaviar really tasty and is being jokingly passionate about it, like when you have playful banter with your friends. I personally don't think that there is a single accent in Swedish that sounds aggressive. Now German on the other hand that is an aggressive sounding language. Do you understand Swedish?
@@JaneDoe-cv5th Aggressive as in prominent, not aggressive as in violent. I'm Swedish and born in an area that speak "rikssvenska" which is why the dialect sounds very prominent to me.
