I'm not sure who the regular organist is but I believe Phil Kelsall does still play in Blackpool. Tram Town will be a big, long term project. But it's open for tours already.
I would have thought Blackpool Tower gets many sandblastings from the windy sand-bourne spray that baters it on many a dreich day! Interesting to know where the fountain came from - I always wonder if I shall see the characters from "Allo Allo" when I walk through Cedar Square! Could you simply video silently in places playing non-copyrite music and do a voice-over?
