Очень продуманная и в полне грамотная переработка отходов бытовых. Причем получают необходимые для жизни, для быта товары! Молодцы! Конечно охрана труда в этих производственных цехах ограничена, а проще сказать просто не организована. Это в перспективе.... Модернизировать, автоматизировать и будут очень перспективные предприятия.

Those pipes are made in PET, because the bottles are made of PET plastic. It is not feasible to directly convert PET into PVC due to their different chemical structures.
This is PET mixed with PP
@@SilentAnadaje PP and PET have different melting points generally PET melting point is 250+ deg cel to 280 deg cel where as PP has melting point in the range of 164~180 deg cel. the mixture must be some kind of filler material, making pet to more rigid material
They add used dirty engine oil this definitely makes it PVC 😂
Total ignorance here I'll explain.
It's impossible to change PET to PVC. It is possible to grind and mix different plastics by using a plastics. PET ( polyethylene tetraphalate)can be mixed with PP ( polypropylene) using a phalate plasticiser.

Fascinating and utilizing waste. If the workers were being paid 25€ per hour, the factory had to comply with EU or US worker health, safety, and environmental regulations, this factory would not exist.

What we call garbage here is raw material in other countries. The Zabaline in Egypt has been recycling garbage for several centuries. Discarded food is fed to the pigs and goats. Glass bottles are turned into lamps. Metal is turned into cheap utensils. Plastic bottles are grounded and sold to factories that make pipes, skids, etc.

so much for single use like the government tells us..
Plastic drink bottles are made of polyethyleneterephthlate (PET), which is POLYESTER, not PVC. Not even close. They are recycled, but into things like polyester carpet and other products, but not PVC pipe.
My former company recycled almost a half billion bottles per year into carpet fiber. But I can assure you it was not done like this, 100% automated.
Those tubes don't last 1 year, besides not being PVC they also mix the material of the lids with the bottle which are incompatible!!!

It is heartbreaking to think that so many people are working so hard for so little money. Anywhere else in the world this entire process would be done 10x faster with 1/10th the workers.I can't image how little they must be paid to make this laborious task a profitable business.

Yes and the quality of pipes made by modern machines are so much better but the clincher is that the machines and technology used to make these pipes so much better costs millions and millions. These pipes are for a completely different market. The cot to make is cheap and the final price is cheap to suit more local markets.
Sadly, many countries in the West or at least the upper classes, especially in Europe became mage rich by exploiting these countries in the first place. Shameful.

This is interesting, but like PVC which will need incorporation of additives during compounding/mixing, we didn't see it in the case of using recycled PET bottles to make pipes. Pls I will love to know more about this.
And can this pipe be use for borehole drilling in order to replace PVC pipes?

I marvel at the total disregard for safety. No gloves, factory clothes/shoes but especially no face masks and goggles in an obviously volatile industrial environment given the kind of chemicals they are working with. The owners of these businesses need to congratulate themselves.

Great job! Some improvements can be made. A person cutting labels would be more comfortable having a horizontal blade on which they could just slide the bottle. Before the bottles are placed in the bag, they should be stepped on so that they take up less space on the square and fill the bag more. Where the raw material is melted, there should be a fan to remove harmful fumes. Moving wheels and belts need covers to prevent anyone from accidentally injuring their body or dying. Water should be in a closed circuit so as not to use so much of it.
