Very hard working staff , please consider providing them with appropriate masks to filter all the fumes produced by the burning of the plastic , thank you
Just to clarify, it’s melting not burning. And the fumes are probably the least of their worries. The site looks to be a disaster waiting to happen. Naked flames and plenty of gas cylinders along with flammable material, plus an electrical system that probably wouldn’t pass any western country’s electrical rules. Total death trap.
The fumes would be the least of their worries. The whole place is a fire waiting to happen, given the flammable materials, open flames and gas cylinders, and the likely questionable electrical installation. Total death trap.
Forty years ago in China, this type of small-scale operations were everywhere. Today, giant conglomerates make recycled plastic pipes so inexpensively that the little guys cannot compete. The economy of scale is important; as your living standard becomes higher, small manufacturers eventually disappear.

It seems to me that the ribbon used to tie the pipes also comes from recycled waste from another film. Well done. I wish you health and peace in the country.
I'm under the general impression that those bags are made of HDPE (High Density Poly-Ethelene) not Poly-Vynal Chloride (PVC) . Also seems to be backed by the flexibility of the pipe - PVC tends to be rather rigid. Still useful for cold water lines, and generally not dangerous to humans (milk jugs and pill bottles are made with it. The difficulty in recycling plastic is knowing what type you have, because they can have very different properties.
@@michael931if they were trying to use for blowing or casting thin film , i would agree with you , but for thick walled product highly unlikely that any un-meltable contamination would behave anything other than as a "filler" which would homogenise with the other polyolefins seen being fed to the extruder feed zone. We very often add calcium carbonate or fly ash from incinerators , with no detrimental effect.
Das sind Menschen, die gelernt haben aus nichts viel zu machen 👍👍👍👍 Nur harte Arbeit führt zum Erfolg...Ihr könnt sehr Stolz auf eure Arbeit sein 😍

@@plastsolutions1Because of contaminates in the scrap bags. It seems like a poor application for scrap bags.
