Hyper Tough HT309 OBDII hand held scan tool.

Quick walkthrough of the HT309 OBDII scan tool by Hyper Tough purchased from Walmart. Current pricing on Walmarts website a newer version is $12.89 USD. Which is my original purchase price. Average in store price has been $19.99. Personally I would pay the $20 again if needed with the vehicle compatibility of the HT309 and the code library. Harbor Freight has a $20+- scan tool but it doesn't display what the code means, just the code number.
