I had this one over a year ago, at first pop, it was syrupy sweet warmth and elegant. we all like it very much. but later it developed a very strong peat after 2 wks, and that's the point the whole thing to south. putting aside for over a year now and revisit it due to the oswa effect, the whole peat thing tone down and almost vanish, now here's the lady that I loved❤😂
Love Wealth Solutions. Have a bunch of their rums, including the sister cask ('92 HD 29 Yr 58.2% cask 6) Serge reviewed when he reviewed your bottle. Also recently snagged a Caroni R3721 "Fire". If you're not familiar, I recommend looking it up. One of the best Caronis of all time (some consider it the best).
Quite enjoying the 02.22 also! Have you tried any of the Paul Launois releases from ardnamerchan? Looking forward to some of those rum reviews. That Hampden sounds amazing. Missed out on those releases from Colours of Rum. Suppose to be very good. I have a couple of the Hampden Greathouse bottles open. Very good too, all tropically aged at the distillery. Worth finding if you can.
