Hello. In this video, I tried to show how to make a Circular Saw Guide, which can be considered a little different. I have designed a manual that can be removed and used separately if desired. I made a stand that allows straight or diagonal cutting at the bottom. I also added a section that allows to easily cut materials in structures such as pipes or laths. I used the materials at hand in its construction, I think everyone can find these materials. Alternative materials can also be used. The aluminum L profile I use is 15x15 mm in size and 1 mm thick. It was fairly sturdy and made the guide very light. I set the stand width as 25 cm. You can make it wider if you want. I did not stick non-slip material (sandpaper, etc.) under the guide section, as I generally intend to use it with a stand, but you can stick it.

Hello. Firstly, thank you. The glue I use can be easily found in the market under the name "quick glue" or "super glue". Sometimes I also use the liquid version of this adhesive. This gel model gives you a while when applied for the first time and does not freeze immediately. When you spray the activator, it freezes immediately.

Very nice tool, good features, and good workmanship! I built one that simply uses the 3/4" aluminum angles for the track. Mine was built to be exceptionally light and portable, maximize cutting depth, and have perfect squareness, which it is adjustable. Thank you!👍

Hello. I generally used these materials. Birch plywood or hornbeam in places where strength is required and where there is stress, usually MDF elsewhere.

Very good job ! But MDF dust is toxic, so you should use a vacuum with your circular saw. Health prior to woodworking. 😉
Hello. Firstly, thank you. You are so right about this. MDF produces a lot of dust and is not like wood. There are chemicals. Sometimes I get angry with myself about this. I'm careful to use a mask but it still leaks.

Olá de novo. Eu moro em Ancara Turquia. Eu acho que seria muito difícil como você disse. Mas pode ser mais fácil se você fizer isso de acordo com o plano em PDF que lhe dei.

Bonjour. Quand vous parlez de produit bombe, vous vous interrogez sur la colle que j'utilise avec le spray ? Si tel est le cas, cet adhésif est similaire à l'autre, mais il a normalement une consistance de gel et ne gèle pas pendant un certain temps avant d'utiliser le spray. Vous pouvez également le trouver dans les magasins de construction. Spray et tube adhésif vendus ensemble. Merci pour votre attention
